Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Abruzzo

We chose this place for its location close to our relatives and we were fully satisfied, not only because we could almost always walk, but also because the apartment is really very nice and comfortable. Danilo's welcome also impressed us favorably, for the clarity and cordiality of the communication and the ability to solve problems. The night we arrived there was a hitch because the lock on the front door broke, but Danilo handled it so promptly and well that we weren't stressed at all. Advantages of the Colli area: the square around the church of the Madonna dei Sette Dolori is home to real "gems" in terms of typical restaurants and there is even a very good ice cream parlor where people come from all over Pescara. Fancy a stroll downtown? In five minutes you reach the central parking lot "Area Risulta" where you can leave the car and venture into the large pedestrian area.

Slept really well there. It’s quite and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a great flat + the parking space makes it even better.

I Booked this late because Alessia of "House by the sea and city center” cancelled me very late from a months old booking when little but this remained, albeit more expensive, no dishwasher and not near my friends... all personal issues, of course, and may not apply to everyone. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, well equipped (exept no dishwasher), near the beach and spotlessly clean. Check-in was a bit bumpy and at this price point it would have been nice to be met rather communicating by whats app. Once in, it went well. Elena was always available and most responsive and helpful with apartment info and info about Pescara. Whats app queries were were answered almost instantly. Very comforting. Although listed in the description, there was no microwave. After I pointed that out to the hosts, a microwave arrived in 24 hours. Like I said - responsive. My personal quibbles aside, this apartment is very nice, very comfortable and the hosts are most accommodating.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Francesca welcomed us in a very friendly way. We particularly liked that there was a lot of food in the fridge and in the cabinets that you just need. The decor was also such that you think: someone has really thought well about what the guest needs! Simply great. And then we get freshly harvested figs, peaches and tomatoes. The cottage is small but well suited for several days' stay for 2 people. The possibilities to explore the area are varied and if you like to hike: you've come to the right place! In the small village of Pacentro above there are really good restaurants, also in Sulmona of course. All in all, a clear recommendation.

Although, due to municipal problems related to water, we could not go to this house, Renato immediately provided us with a perfectly succeeding structure in Torre de' Passeri, without asking for surcharges, despite being considerably wider, and with equal comfort, air conditioning, private parking, two double bedrooms, spacious living room, equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Great experience, both from the point of view of the facilities and the responsiveness of the host.

We stayed in the apartment for only three days (unfortunately), but we would have stayed much longer. Very nice and comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and with reserved parking in front of the house. Located in a very nice medieval village and in an excellent location to visit the overflowing coast. We immediately felt a very warm welcome: Ludovica was very kind and gave us directions on what to see and what to do, also the mother who gave us sweets and a homemade compose by her. Definitely worth going back to.

We were very warmly welcomed by the host and immediately felt comfortable in the small village of Villa Rossi. The apartment is new and lovingly furnished and very spacious. The neighbors in the immediate vicinity are also very friendly and helpful, for example if you have locked yourself out. The location is ideal for hiking on the Campo Imperatore and the large mountains in the surrounding area. A beautiful place to stay for a few days.

Small comfortable apartment right on the beach. For three to four people it is very comfortable. Restaurants nearby, nearest shop 7 min walk. While we stayed in the apartment, a truck came to the house almost every day and sold fruit, vegetables and watermelons. The main advantage of this apartment is of course the proximity of the beach. We went swimming in the sea several times a day. I went swimming, went swimming, came back to the apartment, showered, cooled down under the air conditioner and went swimming again. There is a free beach nearby and several paid beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The apt was in a great location. Spacious and clean. The host was accommodating and responsive. Fully recommend it.

Meri was a welcoming and kind host. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. We will definitely keep this in mind the next few times we will visit San Salvo.

This is by far one of the best stays I’ve had in Europe as I traveled through many countries. The gated parking, electronic locks, and calm surroundings made it feel right at home. The interior was extremely clean and new, the bedding was comfortable, the host was charming, the breakfast was delicious, and I felt wonderful after this stay. I will be back!
