Vacation rentals with a pool in Abrantes

Casa do Trovador exceeded expectations. We already expected a spacious house with several highlights. But on arrival, we found that the pictures do not do justice in sight and the location. With several leisure spaces, even with less favourable time, it was a very pleasant stay. Communication was impeccable at all times. I highly recommend it for groups and families who want to spend time together where there is no lack of space!

This is the house if you want to stay in the country. We were 3 generations that fit in. Nice with your own house for the young people. Large area around & pool. The host was extremely quick and accommodating to answer questions and gave such good recommendations at different restaurants and activities that we requested. Is a dog kennel nearby where there is usually a connection with them getting food. Quiet in between. Good to have a car here.

Wonderful place to spend a few days in Portugal. Excellent pool, house furnishings and spaciousness for children to play. I would definitely come back. Thanks to Manuel for his ease to contact, ask, etc.

The place is even better than the pictures. Super quiet location and extremely friendly neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend Easter with the family. Getting to central Lisbon was easy with Uber and we could see how much the accommodation was designed to welcome guests. Everything is very comfortable, tidy and full of amenities. The apartment is extremely spacious. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we even had lunch with my sister, brother-in-law and niece at Easter. The rooms were impeccable and super equipped with closets, linens, heating and all the items needed to not miss anything. We felt at home. Thank you Patricia and Sofia for being so cordial to us and for the space in Amadora! It is certainly a place that I would like to stay again if I return to Lisbon.

Very nice cottage! Beautiful decor, lots of space to store things. Spacious bathroom, with enough hot water. Beautiful outdoor seating, swimming pool nicely maintained. Upon arrival there was some bread, water, fruit, jam,... super attentive! Highly recommended, very nice area, a 10-minute drive away you are in shops, restaurants,...

Lia's place is a tiny apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is part of her house. There are a lot of common areas available for guests to use. I really liked sitting on veranda. The apartment is decorated with great taste. All appliances worked for me. I cooked there about 1 meal every second day. Lia was kind to provide me with a large sauce pan so that I can make my favorite soup.

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

We had 3 nice days and enjoyed the advantages of the accommodation very much! Great pool and a gym, bath towels were provided, enough loungers with cushions as well as outdoor seating. It was also great that we were able to get into the apartment a little early. A parking space is available on the premises.

Helen&Chris are lovely people. They gave our family a very warm welcome. We felt at home. Very neat and clean. The garden, pool and orangery are all spectacular. We loved spending our evenings at the taras or playing in the pool. Helen and Chris were very helpful with all instructions and sites or restaurants to visit. When we needed help they were very easy to communicate to. Highly recommend to visit Helen's & Chris's Orangery ☺️

This apartment is simply a gem! Comfortable, modern, cosy - supplied with everything you might need even for a long stay. One of the advantages for me was heating option, as during time of my stay it wasn't warm outside. The location is perfect - quiet beautiful neighbourhood + nice views. Supermarkets are in walkable distance. Also you can hear the sound of waves during night, even with closed windows. And waking up to a view of the ocean from your window - it's something I could trade my soul for 😅 I definitely want to come back again and stay longer next time. Also very fast and pleasant communication with the hosts - I appreciate that. Overall, book this place with no hesitation, I'm 100% sure you'll enjoy your stay.

Casa do Varatojo is a tranquil and healing location in a small town, offering warmth and hospitality beginning with Sara and her family, and continuing throughout the surrounding communities. I've lived in Portugal for three years in the southern part of the country, and was so impressed at how uncommonly welcoming and accepting of a total stranger the community members have been in this area. Casa do Varatojo itself is a great place to relax and unwind and explore surrounding destinations nearby, including Nazaré. The casinha where I stayed for several weeks was warm, cozy and clean, with a nice shower and little terrace. Sara and her family were helpful and always available if I needed help and information. I had a special request for my reservation, and Sara couldn't have been more accomodating. Finally, Sara offers yoga classes several times a week, and generously offered to let me use her yoga studio many times. It was a great stay! Thank you Sara and your lovely family!

Spectacular experience! From the time of booking to check-out, Mrs. Sonia and Mr. Rui were impeccable with us. Always very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The house itself is spectacular and matches the description/photographs. We were super happy with the choice and the conditions. The location of the condominium is very good. It's in a quiet place and 20 minutes from the big hypermarkets. The neighborhood is super friendly, and access to the pool is definitely a bonus. All this culminated in a great week of vacation! Definitely an experience to repeat. I highly recommend Mrs. Sónia and Mr. Rui to anyone who wants to visit Tomar and/or take a relaxing vacation, far from the chaos of the city!

Clara and Catarina were the most welcoming and cute people I have ever met. They were super flexible with the check in, explained everything, helped me to practice my portuguese, provided us with all we needed and more (fresh fruits from the garden, recommendations, little chats and help). We felt right at home, very well taken care of. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay and even more - everyone is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. I will for sure come back. We had an amazing stay at Teresa and Rui’s beautiful home! The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the photos and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location; it’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, yet just a short drive or Uber ride away from great local restaurants and attractions. Teresa and Rui were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
