House vacation rentals in Abondance

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! Friendly owners who do everything they can to make guests feel good. This is a lovely holiday home, everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or work stays. Fully equipped property with a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with very large space and comfort. We had nice weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace with lake views. It's also a good place to start cycling tours in the area and enjoy Lake Geneva between Thonon and Evian. It was an unforgettable stay and we had an amazing time. We loved our internship stay with our young people, it's to be done again and we will be back.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Very nice house. It felt like home. Fully equipped. Nice view and the hosts were very helpful. We spend a memorable weekend with family. We did not see much of the area because we hardly wanted to live the house. Wonderful place ! The switches for light, curtains and shades were a bit puzzling. We would appreciate some instructions in the place to make our lives easier.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

superb accommodation above Magland, very convenient for large groups, very nice place to live for a few days, the very well stocked kitchen is a very big plus!

Perfect location for our ski holiday in morzine, lots to do right on the doorstep. Chalet itself was great, all the amenities required and lots of space for our group of 8. Would visit again

We had a fantastic weekend. Eric's house is very nice and is in a very quiet area. Eric is super friendly, he took excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.

Large chalet ideal for large families, with very comfortable rooms, a very large living room, very well soundproofed and mountain views.

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located. In height for an unobstructed view of Lake Leman and the mountains. Peaceful +++ The house is spacious enough to feel good, plenty of storage space, and nice to live in. Also, Morganne is very responsive and available to help us. Excellent service! We recommend:)

Clean, full of equipment, parking spot and view to die for.

We had a pleasant stay. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. The environment is incredibly peaceful and many walks are possible around. Thanks to Jean-Pierre for his availability and responsiveness. The only downside is the pathway in poor condition, especially in rainy weather. But once there, it's absolute calm!

Very nice

A perfect stay. The shawl quickly becomes a warm home away from home to which you are delighted to return after a day of fun activities. It's a good place, all the amenities are available, the layout is perfect. Chantal is extraordinarily friendly, far-sighted and available (and superb discussion). Dogs are really welcome and it's rare enough to be highlighted. Location IS great IF taking the car is not an issue. By car, everything is 5-10 minutes away, it's really convenient. Supermarket 3 minutes away, Morzine 5 minutes away, Roc d 'Enfer station 10 minutes away... Any trip is extremely easy and quick. And on days when getting out the car is not an option, the hamlet is wonderfully bucolic and there is enough to climb in the forest for hikers, even beginners. The view from the glass window or bedrooms is both exotic and relaxing. Nothing bad to complain about, great rental, great host, great place.

The pictures definitely does not do justice to the place. It had the best best view of montreux. Thank you so much Sophie for being the best host. The place was well maintained and easy to find. We wish we had more days to spend here and enjoy the view.

Homely feel, lots of personal effects making you feel at home in a cosy mountain setting. Very quiet village, slightly remote, not for low mobility people, but ideal for those who like walking , nature and tradition. Very responsive host.
