Accommodation as advertised. Small but functional. Easy access to the metro and quiet environment. Louiza is very responsive and flexible with check-in time. Only small downside, shutters not completely opaque so you must not be very sensitive to light but otherwise nothing to say! I would highly recommend

This was a great base to explore Paris if you are driving as it comes with parking. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the RER with a direct train to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Musée D’Orsay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is up and coming with a supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We could hear some road noise from the apartment, so take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Small but very comfortable and pleasant to stay in... and despite my 8-day stay I felt like I was in a cozy little cocoon. Very responsive, helpful and caring hosts... concerned about the well-being of their tenant... it's nice. They're also very discreet despite the proximity to their main home. Personally, I really enjoyed my stay, it was very peaceful and relaxing. I'll be back that's for sure!! Special mention to Barbara you are a sweetheart of a woman...Thank you for being so concerned about my comfort!!... See you soon

We loved every minute at Pascal’s apartment!! The view of Invalides from the living room was wonderful! The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom was just as wonderful! You can’t beat a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 minute walk to the Metro made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Amazing and responsive hosts. We can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Eric & Roland’s lovely apartment. It is in a great location and has endless nice restaurants and things to do. The apartment was perfectly clean, the bed was large and very comfortable, and the washer was a huge plus. It was also quiet and peaceful at night despite being located in a lively and busy neighborhood which was needed after long days exploring Paris. The hosts were also very responsive & communicated effectively with us before & during our stay. Only word of advice to future guests is there are a lot of stairs so if you are bringing a few suitcases and they are heavy be prepared for quite the climb since there is no lift. Overall, we had a great stay and we highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was lush. A bit further away from train stn then we thought but once we found buses to train stn was easier. A couple of things though front door handle was loose but locked and opened fine. Not really any idea on where to put rubbish like recycling in what bin. Boulangerie was amazing and less then 5 minutes walk to Super U, people were friendly. When you get your bearing and know sort of where to go everything gets easier. House was lovely though, 10 of us 5 adults and 5 kids and it was lush to have so much space you weren’t all on top of every other and everybody had there own bathroom so nobody was waiting. Absolutely loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat Thank you
