We had a great time at Virginie and Fred's. A very nice welcome, caring hosts while being very discreet. A true haven of peace where we recharged our batteries as a family. The children particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and chicken coop. The opportunity for us to discover Corrèze in beautiful conditions. Thanks to this lovely family.

Quiet, kindness, attention, wonderful garden… in short, great!

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

We had a brilliant week at David and Jo's. The cottage was beautiful, with gorgeous old features but also up to date and pristine. Photos make it look lovely but it's even better in real life! Everything you need, including sharp kitchen knives and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a while. Stunning surroundings and so peaceful. Had great fun in the pool and trying to play tennis! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. David and Jo were such lovely, kind hosts. Have already recommended it to friends and family. Really hope we get to return.

From the moment we opened the door of our car, we fell in love. The house is very charming and surroundings absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our son loved the wildlife and was constantly on the lookout for new bugs, birds, and lizards. The loirs was no doubt his favorites. Our daughter spent a lot of time in the pool, which was bigger than expected and very nice. We had parents and inlaws coming to visit, a total of 8 at the most. We were very comfortable in the house, if you needed some time alone there was always possible to find a quiet spot inside or outside. We found it as a good base for daytrips in the region, there is a lot to see and do, but need a car. We have been to many places around the world, having an international family, and it is the first time we have been really sad to leave. (Even the kids that was looking forward to Disneyland). Abigail has been a great host, quick replies and very helpful. Many thanks again for letting us live in in your beautiful house.

We had a great time with the family at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden not overlooked, provision of games… everything to have a good time! And the real plus: a bathroom and toilet per bedroom. Thank you for this beautiful stay, enjoyed by young and old.

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property

We had a great stay. Christie and Jean-Marc are very friendly, helpful and hospitable, they made us feel at home straight away. The gite has all the comforts, is very clean and well equipped. Being able to use the nice size pool is a plus. Great location close to all amenities and a beautiful chateau. We will be back.

Our stay was short but we were able to enjoy this very nice little house. The kitchen is remarkably equipped with everything you need to cook, and even take your picnic with you. I would recommend this beautiful place, well thought out for children too. Cécile.

Our stay was very pleasant, we have an excellent memory of it! No unpleasant surprises because everything was in accordance with the descriptions and instructions; on the contrary, we were delighted with the quality of the welcome offered with this charming accommodation, which is beautifully decorated and arranged, very well equipped at all levels (indoors and outdoors). The bedding is extremely comfortable. Anne was very responsive, and flexible with our departure schedule. Everything was perfect!

We had a great time in the heart of Dordogne. The place is beautiful, overlooking the surrounding woods, the place is quiet and peaceful, if you like tranquility this place is for you. Heated pool and outdoor facilities really very good, being sick as well as my mom, we enjoyed it! An enchanted break!!! How can I tell you!! It's a paradise on earth, Céline and Christel are adorable. Very easy and pleasant communication. They have created a peaceful haven that takes you to a timeless world to rest. Everything is done with taste in every detail. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent three days and two nights in Anne-Marie and Paul's beautiful studio, and we plan to come back as soon as possible. A real little cocoon, very well equipped and perfectly located in a quiet and idyllic environment. And what a view from the deck! We enjoyed beautiful walks around the village, and our dog Marcus was thrilled. What can I say about the warm welcome and kindness of Anne-Marie and Paul? We simply felt like family. Anne-Marie even took the time to go for a walk with us, accompanied by her adorable dog Jojo, to show us the surroundings. Special mention for the small touches that make all the difference: fresh eggs from the house hens, cold beers and delicious cherries were waiting for us upon arrival. In short, go there without a second thought: it's really not an Airbnb like the others.

Very welcoming hosts in an absolutely beautiful setting!

Friends, some people have good experiences through airbnb, and some have out of this world incredible. Ours was insanely magical and out of this world!! We’ve never stayed at an airbnb quite like this! Laurence’s airbnb is situated in the countryside. It was clean, looked just like the pictures, served us breakfast in the garden each day with homemade jellies, and scrambled eggs + fresh coffee. She helped with instructions and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Additionally, we had our own in-ground pool to soak up the 90 degree sun in. The only issue we had was ‘mapping’ the location through vehicle gps (which was entirely not her fault). The setting was so idyllic that I only hope we can return one day. Lastly, we got to meet and bond with her 3-month old puppy Leah. She has my heart. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much Laurence
