We had a very nice time in Thum. The communication was very friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Very good accommodation and warm hospitality for people and dogs. There were two of us with two dogs and we all felt very comfortable. The place is equipped as described and everything was very clean. Kay and his family were always available and very friendly. There was a welcome gift for humans and animals, as well as wood for the fire pit. We were even able to get into the property earlier and leave later. Since we planned hikes, we got our money's worth, because the location is optimal to start directly from the front door. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest, so it was just wonderfully quiet and relaxing for everyone. We would love to come back, with more time for more hiking trails. Accommodation perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A well-equipped apartment with everything you need. If you use it in the winter months, it's a really short walk to the cable car and ski slopes nearby.

Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Apartment offered sufficient space for our family of 4.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and also appreciated Vlastimil 's hospitality.

We had a good getaway with our two small children. Even though some smaller things are still expandable, you have to say that the value for money is unbeatable. The apartment is expediently furnished, some consumables were also available, so you didn't have to buy anything else (dishwashing tablets, dish soap, etc.). This is not self-evident for vacation rentals. Curtains in the bathroom would have been desirable. There is no direct window opposite, but you still feel a little uncomfortable. We found the parking situation challenging. The few parking spaces in the street were either occupied or reserved for hotels. We were then lucky above the property (reachable relatively quickly via a hidden staircase). Since the parking situation is simply due to the concept of Karlovy Vary, I do not want to deduct a star for it.
