Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Abeno Ward

Great place, big enough. Amazing bathroom. Easy check-in and all the instructions. A stone's throw from a metro station. Nothing to say, we'll be happy to come back.

For the price, it was great. The AC was cold during a very hot trip, the bathrooms and bedding were clean, and there is a decent size fridge. It’s bigger than a lot of hotel rooms we stayed at in Japan. No staff onboard so be sure to follow the instructions on how to actually enter the building correctly!

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

Nice clean cozy little apartment about 10 min walk south/southwest of Namba. Host is very warm and has welcoming. The wifi was insanely fast and the AC worked well. Appreciated the washing machine and the drying ability in the bathroom. Perfect for one or two people to explore Osaka.

We spent 8 nights in Osaka, and Tony's place was perfect. Nakatsu station is ~5 minutes from the house, and you can get anywhere from there. Tony was phenomenal, meeting us when we arrived, showing us how everything operated at his place, and then taking us to the train station on our departure day. Tony is great and his place is great. I could not imagine staying anywhere else now. Phenomenal host. Honestly, the best we've ever had, and we've had great hosts. Book now!

Amazing host ! Bai and Wei responds within seconds. They were very accommodating with my situation by providing enough strollers for my 2 kids (life saver). The home is lovely and comfortable, everything is beautifully cleaned and organized. Parking lot is less then 5 mins away. Best of all, it is located in a very convenient area. Everything I need to within less then 10 minute walking distance. When I come back to Osaka, I will rebook for sure and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you Bai and Wei !!

Great place to stay a few stations away from Namba. if you want to experience a peaceful residential area with a direct line from Kansai Airport, and a few stops away to Namba- this place is perfect. The place is exactly as shown in photos. The bed was comfy, and the owner provided a manual in English on how to use all the appliances inside the house. Check in was so easy since you will be provided with a code to open the door. Another plus is that there’s a 711, LIFE supermarket, and the train station has an elevator access!! Just be mindful that not a lot of restaurants are close by so we tend to buy food only at the supermarket and just reheat it and/or cook. Overall: Value for money!

Before arriving I had a few questions and it was extremely easy to chat with the host. They offered answers to every question within minutes! This was a great place to stay and central to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a 25 minute uber to Universal Studios and a 15 minute uber to Dotonbori. It was about a 3 minute wait to get an uber at the house. The house is 3 stories with very narrow stairs, so be cautious. The towels are very small, but super absorbent. There is a Nespresso machine with pods that are available to purchase. The beds and bedding is what made this the best place I have ever stayed at! They were soft and cloud like. It was close to the station and was a very easy-to-use Airbnb.

It was a short stay of two days on the weekend, and it was a tour of special soldiers, so it was not long in the time of the B&B.But! The house is very nice and can be seen that the homeowner has a lot of small design details that make people feel welcoming.And it is very clean, the stay is very comfortable ~ I will have the opportunity to recommend it to friends\ (////)\

The place was perfect and so close to visit dotonbori every single night! The host was extremely responsive and understanding. I lost the key and he was able to give me a new one almost immediately. He also stopped by to give a gift which was very nice. The place was very spacious and clean. The washer was very simple to use and did a great job. He even provided detergent to use. Super beautiful neighborhood and it is only an 8 minute peaceful walk through a pretty park to the train station! The station also has a variety of food places and a 100 yen shop that worked great for me to make souvenir bags. Although I didn’t use the kitchen, it was spotless and had everything you may need if you wanted to cook. I am very happy I chose this place for my first stay in Osaka!

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

All in all good!The kitchen is fully equipped, basic necessities are also available, and the owner of the homestay is also very friendly and helps to carry the luggage upstairs!But there are a few places I think I can mention, first of all, the equipment for adjusting the water temperature in the bathroom is more complicated, I didn't understand it at first, it took more than 15 minutes to adjust to the warm water (first adjust to the cold water, then slowly move the hot water, then there is warm water).The second is that although it is only 4 minutes from the nearest subway station entrance, the elevator entrance is 8 minutes away, which is a little inconvenient.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.
