Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Abeno Ward

My adult son and I had a wonderful stay here. We very much appreciated the care Mitsuyoshi had taken in preparing everything for us, and it felt very special to walk into such a sweet home. We chose to stay away from the busy downtown area of Osaka which did mean a trade-off of not really having shops nearby, but the metro was incredibly convenient as was access to Kyoto, USJ, Osaka, the Expo, the Shinkansen, and even the domestic airport! There were many lovely places to eat within just a few blocks as well. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked well-equipped, clean, and spacious. It was great to do laundry at home; on warm days everything dried quickly on the balcony; there were also laundromats very nearby. If only it had been cooler we would have loved to try out the kotatsu, but we very much enjoyed the Japanese bath; it was almost like a private sento!

Great experience, convenient transportation, Nankai Electric Railway Shin-Imamiya Station, in front of the zoo, Ebisucho Station 5 minutes walk.Tsutenkaku, Don Quijote, Tamade Supermarket are also 5 minutes walk away.Two families stayed, the second and third floors have separate toilets and bathrooms, no interference, each room also has a balcony, the fourth floor also has a terrace, it's so comfortable.The kitchen is fully equipped, you can go to the supermarket to buy some beef to cook yourself, and breakfast is also available in the homestay.The Host is also super nice, and problems are solved in a timely manner. We were also allowed to store our luggage for a while when we checked out.Anyway, it was a perfect experience!

This stay in Osaka is good, the house is large with three rooms, all about 1.5m double bed.There are three floors in total, the room is on the 3rd floor, the dining room living room bathroom on the second floor, and one room and toilet on the first floor.We stayed for three people, two toilets were well stocked, the heater and faucet in the bathroom were good, and the bath was comfortable.I am a comparative pillow-pick person, and the pillows for their home beds are also quite comfortable.The location is very quiet, about five or six minutes to Tennoji Station, there is a 711 nearby, there is also a lot of places to eat, recommended ~

Good location, great price point and responsive hosts. Note that the stairs are very steep and the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor so it is not suitable for the elderly or very heavy luggages. The shower cubicles were also pretty cramped. Apart from that, however, the rooms are very spacious, especially the living and dining areas. Good amenities and plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Direct line to Osaka airport.

The house is more spacious than expected, a typical Japanese tatami room with modern bathroom, the host prepared a full set of kitchenware, washing machine and Wi-Fi, the host sent a detailed transportation guide in advance, prepared a large bottle of bottled water at check-in, very thoughtful, compared to hotels in the same area, the price is much more affordable, but you can enjoy the comfort of home.Especially recommended for family or friends traveling together, private and free. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Japan. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Staying with Miss Mika was a pleasure. The location was perfect, near to two train lines and convenience store. The home was cozy and clean, and it was so easy to communicate with her. She was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

It's noisy at night, but the place is clean and spacious. Good!

It’s very close to the train station, its very easy to find. Its also close to the osaka castle so we were early before the people jam. It’s close to the supermarket too. And the umbrella at the place was a big help, thank you. Their is a temple and a park nearby which is nice to visit.

Overall, perfect for our stay in Osaka. We wanted a central location, walkable to the main areas that we were interested in, and this was perfect for that. Yes, it's compact, but we knew that going into it. It still had room division (a sliding door), private laundry facilities and a balcony, which was unique to find for this location and price. It's basic, and could have a better laid out kitchen / facilities plan (eg. location of pots and cutlery were a bit confusing, you had to roll away the bins to access them) but we understand that's the nature of organising a tight space. Some other minor things were confusing, eg. it wasn't 100% clear what the wifi or checkout instructions were and we had to assume some things or ask for the info. However the host was very friendly and amenable to our questions or suggestions. Thank you for providing this property!

Jun was a very gracious and responsive host, and was happy to accommodate our flexibility in adjusting our check in time.The unit was spotless, clean and as per the photos, and it was lovely.The location is quiet and conveniently located from the station.The only small suggestion would be: it would have been more desirable if there was a mirror to be added in other places except the bathroom.Overall a very enjoyable stay and will definitely have the opportunity to choose Jun's place again in the future.

The accommodation was tidy, the location was safe, the downstairs needed a resident lock key to open it, and it was also safe to go back at night on the street.The location is easy to go to Universal Studios, and there is also a bus downstairs of the accommodation to Umeda/Osaka station.I would like to stay again in Osaka!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiba's place with our two young boys! The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We had lots of room to sleep since there are two proper bedrooms.

The B&B is newly opened, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is also very comfortable.The surroundings are very quiet. After a tiring day, I can rest well at night.There are supermarkets, drugstores, and two subway lines nearby, making it very convenient to get to Shinsaibashi and Osaka Castle.If you know where to look, there is also delicious tempura nearby at very cheap prices.I'm lucky to have chosen this homestay, and I hope to stay again.

Vey nice spot, very clean and very spacious. We traveled with a todler and it was perfect for us as he wanted to craw around. Stairs to acess the place were a bit unconforteable because we needed to carry the stroller, but this is the only minus. All the rest perfect, very nice walk to Namba St area.

Very Japanese house, had a fun day

Yui's place was easily one of my favourite ones so far. Parking was easy with a wide front porch. The accomodation was nice and cosy, and exceptionally well-stocked. It had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay and more. Walk down the road on one side and you'll have 3 very good restaurants, walk down the other way and 7-11 is right there. It's quiet away from crowd, yet really near to many main attractions in Osaka. Definitely my first choice if I ever return to Osaka one day.

This townhome was ideal for our group of 7 traveling around the Kansai region. The open common area gave us plenty of space to gather and plan our daily adventures to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, and throughout Osaka. The location couldn’t have been better - being right next to the main train station made all our day trips incredibly convenient and saved us so much time getting around. The property itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor note is that it can get a bit noisy at night due to the central location, but it’s really not bad and the convenience of being so close to transportation far outweighs this small consideration. Would definitely recommend this place to other groups looking for a well-located base to explore Osaka and the surrounding areas. The host was great and the space worked perfectly for our needs!

We are coming to Osaka for pokemon go fest 2025.You can touch 3 resupply stations in the house, participate in a group fight with at least 4 gyms, and for go players, this is undoubtedly the best! Great place to stay!The host was friendly and patient and very responsive.There are Pokemon elements all around the house!The mattress and comforter are both extremely comfortable, so much so that I really want to take home ~ It's about a two-minute walk to the 7-Eleven, and it's super convenient to buy at night. I'll be back next time and choose Poko Dream Cottage, I look forward to seeing you next time ~
