Nice patio for the property's residents in the enclosed yard, a balcony with morning sun on 1. Hall and a large roof balcony with evening sun on the 2nd floor. 1. Floor contains balcony, one tree, 3 bedrooms as well as bathroom and stairs to 2. Sal where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located in open extension of each other. On the 2nd floor there is the roof balcony. The apartment is located in the heart of Aabenraa with the pedestrian street as a neighbor, beach close by.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Aabenraa. Large open living room + kitchen-dining room and 2 bedrooms. A total of 100 bright and airy m2 with exposed beams, tilt ceilings and lots of atmosphere - and room for 6 people + children's bed for smaller child. Play corner with toys and books, as well as games for big and small. You get absolutely central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes etc.., and at the same time look out over the fjord, and maps to the beach. Parking space 2 minutes from apartment, washer and dryer.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Bright, cozy 60 sqm apartment for two people with conservatory and separate entrance. From the red sofa in the living room and the wooden terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. Kitchen, dining area and living room are a large bright area. A double glass door leads from the living room onto a big wooden terrace. Here in summer there is the possibility to grill or spend the evenings in front of a fire bowl.

Functional accommodation, great view! Ease of access to the listing even outside office opening hours. Only small downside: it would be necessary to consider replacing the sofa bed which is really starting to arrive at the end of its abilities! Other than that, great value for money! Recommended! Big black dot: communication with Julie is really deplorable! After the booking is confirmed, no more responses to multiple messages! This creates a little stress before check-in!

We were on our way back from Norway and made a stopover at Eva Maria's. Eva described the check-in perfectly and we had no problems. The accommodation in an old, atmospheric house is cozily furnished, very clean and Eva Maria provides everything you need. She is a super host and very attentive to the well-being of her guests. We highly recommend staying with her.

We stayed there for 6 days and felt very comfortable from the beginning. A good layout of the apartment, even with a separate toilet, terrace incl. ready to use gas grill. Suggestion might be to set up a TV in the living room again, but actually you don't drive into a vacation rental to sit there in front of the TV, so rather neglect. A carport and bikes are available, which is just comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and just good for our activities (hiking on the Gendarmenpfad, visiting Flensburg and day trips inland). Franz as a host is very nice, straightforward and very helpful, was fun. We are happy to recommend the apartment to acquaintances and will also be happy to come back.

Excellent, all around. I would highly recommend staying here. The home is comfortable, more spacious than the photos depict, and MD is an excellent host, quick and thoughtful in her response and welcoming. The garden area was a joy to relax in. Shops and restaurants are easily walkable. Perfect place for solos or couples to explore the southern region.

Irena's house is a real gem. Extremely spacious, extremely well-equipped, and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It is located on the edge of the forest, in a green and quiet setting. Irena and her daughter gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and were very available and responsive to answer our questions. The cherry on top is the jacuzzi in the bathroom! We'll definitely come back to spend a few days there! Thanks again to Irena and her daughter❤️

The stay was wonderful. There is a lot of space around the cottage so you feel a lot of freedom. Across the street is the start of a nice walk that ends at Slot Gram. Would definitely recommend the cottage!
