We loved our three-day stay in Santiago de Compostela and were so pleased to be staying just outside the main town at Casa da Torre Branca. It was very easy to find and we were able to get a bus into the main city from just outside the hotel. We also had a car and it was 10 minutes and easy to find parking near the city. Casa da Torre Branca is a very relaxing place to stay and has a lovely garden to enjoy and also a comfortable lounge and dining room. The breakfasts were excellent and we had a really good dinner one evening. We would highly recommend Santiago de Compostela and definitely come back to this hotel again in the future. Alberto welcomed us on arrival and was really helpful throughout our stay.

Feel like a local for once 😍 I love Javier’s place. It’s clean, stylish and close to the Compostela Cathedral. The Cathedral is right in view from the living room window. It’s only 10 minutes away by bus. I loved the balance between being in the countryside and having the city right on my doorstep. Javier himself is incredibly kind. He actually drove me to the airport in the middle of the night when there was a festival on the day of my departure and no taxis were available. Thanks a lot, Javier 🙏 Overall it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. Looking forward to staying here again.

They made us feel right at home—very attentive! The couple, their children, and even the pets were all so welcoming. They even helped us with our laundry, which was a nice touch. Having them pick us up from Santiago on the first day was incredibly helpful since we were too tired to deal with a taxi. At first glance, the place seemed a bit far from the city, but once we got used to catching the bus, it was easy to reach. The place is spotless, and I absolutely love Elena’s bedroom furniture. It was also nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Overall, we’re really happy with the room we got! Thanks!

The bedroom view of the Santiago Cathedral from afar is stunning. After walking the Camino, it was more pleasurable seeing it with the peaceful, nature filled sounds from Rita's house then standing with the masses in the square at the location. This was a wonderful place to sit, rest and contemplate after walking hundreds of kilometres. This property is right on the Camino to Finisterre which is great for those resuming their Camino. It's nice to stand at the window watching the pilgrims on their way. Although a little out of town, following the Camino path directly back to the Santiago Cathedral is easy and a pleasurable stroll. Stay here with every confidence that you will be comfortable and have a restful time.

Stedet til Maria og Carlo er hyggelig og rolig. Sengen var god og nabolaget er rolig, så jeg sov veldig godt. I tillegg er Maria og Carlo utrolig hyggelige, snille og hjelpsomme mennesker. Et veldig fint bekjentskap, og jeg håper jeg treffer dem igjen en dag. Jeg kunne ikke hatt en bedre avslutning på min camino. Jeg kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet å bo når man er i Santiago de compostela.
