Family-friendly vacation rentals in 6th arrondissement

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

A perfect Parisian stay! David’s apartment was the ideal home base for our trip to Paris. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, bakeries, and metro stations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen and helpful local tips. David was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and made check-in easy. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and convenient Paris experience!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

L’appartement de Christophe est magnifique, chaleureux et au calme alors que le quartier est plutôt animé. On s’y s’en très bien. Nous y avons passé un excellent petit séjour. Nous avons adoré le charme de l’ancien. Le logement est propre, bien meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un grand merci pour la confiance de Christophe et sa famille qui laissent à la disposition des voyageurs tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans la cuisine ou la salle de bain. C’est très appréciable et convivial ! A deux pas du métro, l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Paris. On trouve tout dans les nombreux commerces de proximité. J’ajouterai que le logement est mieux qu’en photo ! A recommander sans hésitation ! Un grand merci, nous avons adoré 😊

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Antoine’s apartment in Quartier Montorgueil is the perfect home base for a trip to Paris. The neighborhood is so lively and picturesque with so many amenities and markets. It was such a lovely home base to walk out to and return to every day. Walkable to a bunch of great attractions and so close to the airport train. The apartment itself is a dream. Well appointed with the dishwasher and washing machine. It has everything you would need and is so comfortable. The outdoor space is SUCH a bonus. We enjoyed coffee and snacks out there every day as we started our day and would come back to charge up for our evenings. This is the perfect Paris airbnb. We loved it so much.

Yves was an excellent host, so Kind and helpful and gave us so many wonderful recommendations. He made sure we had everything we need. He even carried my bag up the stairs. I will be back to rent this apartment. Apartment has beautiful light and great energy and space. Ex Ellen location and wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved this place! It’s in a very walkable location and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Even though it is in a rather busy area, it was quiet and peaceful. Having a/c was amazing. There was plenty of room for our large suitcases, as well as closet space to hang things up. We loved having a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The skeleton key for the door is unique, but it was tricky to use at times. The bathroom is also very small - the shower especially. The steps are narrow and there is a wonderful lift that takes you most of the way, but you will have to take suitcases up 15-20 steps, so keep that in mind when packing. The lift is also very small, so it took several trips to get our things to the apartment. Again, we were so thankful for the lift - taking our suitcases up the steps the entire way would have been terrible. We loved the charm of the apartment and we will definitely stay here again!

I was here for one month and very happy, especially with the view of the trees and Les Invalides across the street. But also the apartment is very comfortable with large windows and a lot of light. It had everything I needed. The bed linens and towels were good quality with NO bad perfume/detergent smell. (I always mention this in reveiws, because I have had to wash linens in some places.) Medhi met me and helped me with luggage and moving in. He was always available to assist with anything. The neighborhood is affluent but with plenty of reasonably priced places to have coffee, eat, shop, etc. Being close to the river was great. Peaceful location at night. Very safe. The metro is close and easy and goes everywhere. I can not comment on the value, because I haven't compared it to other airbnbs. Excellent place from which to explore Paris.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

A lovely apartment exactly as advertised. Watching the TE sparkle nightly enchanted us! Communication was friendly and immediate, the neighborhood lively and walkable. We would love to return—the proximity to the Tower has spoiled us!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
