The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio, Terrace & Free Private Parking

Small studio at the back of a small building, garden side with private terrace Self check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The studio is in the countryside and very quiet. The property has secure PRIVATE PARKING at no extra cost It has been refurbished, it is very well insulated (warm in winter, cool in summer). Individual gas heating. It has a large dressing room and all the comforts. There are some stairs to reach the studio, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.
