All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The property has secure PRIVATE PARKING at no extra cost It has been refurbished, it is very well insulated (warm in winter, cool in summer). Individual gas heating. It has a large dressing room and all the comforts. There are some stairs to reach the studio, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

I would like to point out to people with reduced mobility that the building's elevator is on the ground floor after 4 steps.
