The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

La Griotte - Studio Tassin - Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. Our 1930s house, in a small private cul-de-sac, is next to Place du Point du Jour, its local shops and public transportation. Allow 15 minutes by bus to reach the heart of Lyon. The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
