(metro and tram 3 minutes away) This is my main accommodation. You will find the charm of an inhabited, carefully decorated accommodation where green plants flourish! It is 28 m2, and consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom in alcove (double bed), bathroom/WC and a small balcony.

You will have all shops nearby ⚠ Access to the city center of Marseille is complicated by car and also to park. Access by train: 10 minutes walk from the station, 8 minutes by metro: Line N°2 stop Noailles.

Located right next to La Plaine and Cours Julien, a 10-minute walk to Marseille Saint-Charles train station and the old port, our apartment overlooks Marseille, bathed in light all day. The sun rises on the hillside, on our long balcony, where it is pleasant to have breakfast. You can watch it set from the kitchen, on the sea side. The balcony is accessible by one of the two bedrooms, and by the living room, composed of a lounge area and a large table for dining.

Accommodation for 4 people. Ideally located between the Timone Hospital, the Vélodrome Stadium, the Palais des Sports, the Marseille Fair, the Palais de la Glisse and the Florida Palace, all these sites are within a 20-minute walk. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. You will appreciate the bedroom area with its small adjoining terrace, quiet for waking up to the song of cicadas. Guests will enjoy air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Central, bright and cozy with balcony 4P

My apartment is simple and welcoming. Close to shops and restaurants, with a central location that makes it easy to visit a large part of Marseille on foot or by transport (it is close to the tram and the two metro lines). On the courtyard side, the balcony with its unobstructed view of the rooftops is ideal for breakfast in the morning and an aperitif at the end of the day. Dual-aspect with east-west facing, it is bathed in light throughout the day.
