Vacation rentals with beach access in 4th arrondissement

A chaotic arrival (we broke down on the highway) Thierry picked us up at the garage to take us to the apartment and helped us a second time to sort out the papers, in short extremely kind hosts whose help we will not forget. Super apartment, well-equipped and in a good location right next to the cove of Cap Rousset, center within walking distance, train station 15 min walk and bus stop at the end of the street, ideal for visiting the coast and Marseille without a car! Great with kids, quiet residence in April.

Very clean and tidy apartment, quiet and easy to find. The host's instructions were very clear and he was very responsive. The accommodation was conveniently located close to the beach and there were many places to park. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The renovated accommodation is perfect for 2 people, very clean, easy access to the 1st floor of a small building. The neighborhood is great, very close to the beach with all the amenities of restaurants... and very quiet, and close to the center. We also appreciated the communication with Antoine who responded to our requests. We recommend it ++

Staying for a weekend to discover La Ciotat and its surroundings, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The view and veranda are very pleasant, the apartment is functional and has all the necessary amenities. Bénédicte was very responsive, was available if needed. This very well-equipped apartment is perfectly as described. It has exceptional views of the entire bay from the 2 rooms and allows you to wake up looking at the sea (too bad the bed is not wider than the conventional 140 cm). The little touch with the coffee capsules and some candy is very nice. This is not the first time we have come to this area that we love very much, but this is the first time in this apartment that we are very happy to have discovered. Note that the beach café located at the other end of the beach offers exceptional pizzas made by a real pizza maker who knows her craft (pasta and sauces are homemade according to the rules of the art). We had a great time. We recommend everything.

We had a great Easter weekend at Mathieu's! The cabin is very cute, the kitchen is very well equipped and it is very quiet with a beautiful sea view.

Excellent location of the house on the harbor and the cove of the Redonne which is very pleasant for swimming and walks on the coastal trails. Very well hosted by Viviane. Beautiful views from the large terrace and the rotunda dining room. 1st floor of the house well decorated and equipped for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom for 2 adults and 2 children, a little tight for 4 adults. Absolutely recommended!

Very good stay at Les Goudes in Joan's home. The accommodation is suitable for 5 adults, spacious and well appointed. Its location is ideal for enjoying the calanques. We were off-season and enjoyed the calm and beauty of the surroundings. Joan has always been responsive to my messages and requests. Recommended!

Had a brilliant time staying at Luc's place as a group of 11 friends. The house was perfect for us with a huge living space for socialising, great pool which was straightforward to keep clean and topped up, and great location as a base to explore the surrounding beaches, calaques and Marseille area.

We had a great time at Johanne's place. The accommodation is even more charming than in the photos, very clean and well-equipped. We recommend it!

Cozy little studio. The plus is undeniably the sea and pine views. superb! All within walking distance. Note that the parking space is narrower than average, but you can park elsewhere (may be more difficult in summer) Responsive and accommodating host; precise explanations, it helps a lot!

Jean-Marc's apartment is ideally arranged and equipped for 2 people. The terrace is a real plus as well as the closed and secure garage/box where we were able to leave the car and bikes ( the visit to the must-sees of Marseille can be done on foot or by public transport). It is very well located. I recommend it 👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Thierry's apartment. The view from the apartment, the quality of the services, the location contributed greatly to the success of our stay. We can only warmly recommend this listing, where everything is done to ensure a great vacation. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing missing, the king size bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the view is breathtaking. The terrace is a big plus, it's so nice to have this extra private space.

Perfect stay in this apartment, the location is ideal for discovering Cassis and the calanques. We had no problem finding a spot in the residence. The apartment is perfectly clean and above all very well equipped . A real favorite, we would not hesitate to return.
