Loft vacation rentals in 3rd arrondissement

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr netten Umgebung direkt beim Kanal. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sylvains Nachbar in Empfang genommen. Auch beim späten Check-out war Sylvain sehr entgegenkommend.

Thank you María! María is a very attentive host! The appartement is beautiful, and located close to the metro in a lovely area. Shops and bakeries are nearby, as well as the market on Sunday. The check in is flexible and communicating with María was easy and smooth.

Joanna was proactive and easy to communicate with during our stay. The apartment is unique and worked well to house six of us during our stay. We also appreciated the common area. Great location that is walkable as well.

Valerie reageerde altijd heel snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement was perfect gelegen in het centrum van Parijs. Een paar minuten wandelen naar het Louvre. Het OV is tevens op een paar minuten wandelen vanwaar je overal snel kunt komen. Heel veel leuke winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Prachtige pleintjes om de hoek. Voor ieder wat wils. Ook was het heel rustig en stil in het appartement. De drukte van buiten was nauwelijks hoorbaar. Valerie, bedankt voor deze mooie ervaring!

房源位置很好，在巴士地广场附近步行5分钟内，周围美食很多，交通玛黑区公交通行很方便，搭地铁去市区卢浮宫附近也非常方便。 最重要的是房东人很好，非常的热情。我们入住时，因为一些小问题跟房东通了电话，房东非常耐心的解决了，然后还很热情的给我们推荐了很多附近的好吃的好玩的，而且房东得知我们是中国人，以后非常的开心，也对我们格外的热情。总的来说是一次很好的入住体验。 （唯一一个缺点是房屋的隔音稍微差一点，不过小区整体还是挺安静的）

It’s never easy being in a foreign country but Ophélie was so responsive and helpful and made the living aspect of the trip a breeze. Any questions we had she was right there to help and also provided a fantastic list of recommendations! The space is self was equally fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and living experience during our stay in Paris.

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

Fantastic - Linh was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Nice interior, comfortable stay, great location! Close to the street so can hear noise at night sometimes but this didn’t bother us, is a relatively quiet street so noise was minimal. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Emma is the most friendly and helpful host we ever had through the platform. Very message I sent to her during our stay was with almost immediate response. Her instructions for check in and out were clear and easy to follow. We arrived at 3am in the morning and had no issue with checking in, opening doors ourselves. The location of Emma’s loft is unbeatable, restaurant, market, shopping mall, metro station are all in minutes of walking. Feels very local staying here. Our two teenagers and 8 years old love to have the loft all to themselves and there’s even a toilet room upstairs. Would definitely highly recommend to groups of 6 or less families.

Très bon emplacement très près de la station de métro. Il s’agit d’un appartement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et loin du bruit. On est à 30 minutes de métro des meilleurs sites à voir à Paris. Éric est très réactif. Je conseille ce Airbnb fortement.

Wir wurden sehr nett und persönlich an der Unterkunft empfangen. Es war ein Early Check-In möglich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und etwas ganz besonderes! Man fühlt sich sehr heimlich. Die Lage war super und es gab mehrere Bus und Metro Stationen in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sindel’s apt was our cozy ‘home away from home’ for our 8 days in Paris. Sindel met us at the apt for a seamless check in experience. The apt. was impeccably clean and all of the features were luxurious. Sindel’s attention to detail was thoughtful: Nespresso coffee pods, nice selection of tea bags, flat iron, beautiful bottle of wine, detergent pods, etc. Whenever we had an inquiry she responded immediately. Her recommendations for restaurants were wonderful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with an amazing boulangerie steps away. The largest food market in Paris was around the corner, several cafes and restaurants were nearby. We loved coming back from a full day of visiting the city sights to our cozy and comfortable apt. to unwind and relax. Sindel, thank you for making our visit to your beautiful city a memorable one.
