Smoking friendly vacation rentals in 3rd arrondissement

Gérald’s apartment is absolutely perfect! It is set back from the street off the courtyard and so it is very quiet and very peaceful. It has every amenity we could have hoped for, and the space is wonderfully thought out. It feels very spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about it from the minute we arrived and were greeted by Gérald who is so nice and so helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal with cafes, restaurants, metro stations, bakeries— anything you need— all within a short walk. Walking by the canal at night, seeing all of the activity there, hopping on the metro either at the very close Jacques Bonsergent station or at the large République station just a few minutes’ walk away, allowed us to visit all the sites in Paris so easily. And walking is always an option! The locale was perfect with at least three grocery stores that have anything you might need just minutes away. This was the ideal rental. We feel very lucky to have found it and you will too!

Wonderful apartment! Beautifully finished, helpful amenities like a hairdryer and steamer. A nice walk to the main areas so we never took the metro. A bit of a climb up the stairs but worth it!

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Mathieu is a super host, always very friendly and was always attentive, the instructions to get to the apartment were very precise, and he also gave us recommendations to enjoy our trip more. We arrived earlier and he was flexible with the schedule. The location is excellent and there are many options for restaurants, shops, cafes and bakeries within walking distance. We loved staying there ☺️👍

This place was a nice spot to stay if you wanted to have a little of everything around. But be warned, you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the 4th floor. The balcony was a wonderful spot to chill and and have the morning coffee. I would love to return and stay here again.

We loved our stay at Chloe’s, it was perfect for our small family. Beautiful light in the morning , all the amenities we needed. Privacy for us all with our own rooms. Location was excellent for us. We just loved it!

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Great stay at Éric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very convenient. and Eric is really nice. Thank you so much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

We really loved the vibe of the apartment! It’s cool and artsy with great mirrors for selfies 😁 If you’re very picky about the cleanliness - it could be better. The area is cool and very lively, I recommend it if you like the city vibe and sightseeing. Not necessarily for relaxing 😅

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect and has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It's definitely a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.
