Vacation rentals with a sauna in 2nd arrondissement

Fantastisk flott leilighet i et fantastisk flott område av byen!

We enjoyed our weekend trip at Theos places, also the cute little sauna in the living room was a nice extra.

The place is wonderful my family and I really enjoyed it. Going to the train station was easy. Restaurants were very accessible and walkable. This place was very comfortable for all of us. We wouldn’t mind staying there again.

L’appartement est vraiment magnifique, spacieux et très lumineux. C’est un espace impeccable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Tout est neuf et parfaitement conforme aux photos, exactement comme on l’imaginait. Il se trouve dans un quartier calme, mais avec suffisamment de petits commerces à proximité. José, quant à lui, est très serviable et d’une grande gentillesse.

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement de Bertrand pour le week-end, nous nous sommes régalés. L’appartement était propre, super spacieux et super confortable. Il a toujours été réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci Bertrand au plaisir

We had a fantastic stay at La Quinta! We stayed for three weeks with our 17-year-old son over the Christmas period. The apartment is beautiful and functional, quiet, and has amazing views. Elisabeth and Manuel are terrific hosts, super friendly, and very helpful. They offered us flexible check-in and check-out which very much appreciated and even greeted us on arrival with a dining table dressed for breakfast with fresh pastries as we arrived early. The main house and the garden are magnificent and the proximity to shops and transport makes it one of the best Airbnb we stayed in.

Unser langes Wochenende in Paris war ein Traum und Nicoles Wohnung war ein wichtiger Teil davon. Als große Familie mit 3 Generationen haben wir ein Zuhause in der Stadt gefunden, das nicht nur die ideale Ausgangslage für Sightseeing und Unternehmungen war, sondern uns auch Raum für Entspannung, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen, Lesen und Spielen gab. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit Herz eingerichtet, wirklich alles ist vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Vom Ausblick und der Dachterrasse fange ich gar nicht an... die Bilder werden dem nicht gerecht, in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner! Nicole ist eine herzliche, großzügige und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich viel Zeit für uns genommen hat und auf all unsere Fragen umgehend und hilfreich reagiert hat. Eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung, für die wir dankbar sind. A bientôt!

We had an amazing few days, any questions we had were answered right away. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and allowed us to put our bags inside. Made sure we had what was needed. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Such a lovely stay at Ana's place! It was perfect for our weekend trip to Paris. The area was lovely to, so many nice restaurants and bars. We had a fabulous time, thank you so much!

A Dominique é muito simpática e prestativa! Me deu boas dicas sobre onde comer na região e se esforçou para me deixar confortável. Além do apartamento se encontrar a poucos minutos do centro de Paris. No entanto, acho que faltou mais capricho na hora da limpeza, a cozinha e a casa de banho se encontravam desorganizadas. Porém, de modo geral tive uma boa experiências

Olivier a vraiment le souci que ses locataires passent un bon séjour avec de gentilles attentions et des services que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs... Quartier agréable, proche place d'Italie/métro, studio confortable, un peu limité pour ceux qui veulent vraiment cuisiner, une vue jour et nuit absolument exceptionnelle. Je n'ai pas été à la piscine qui était en entretien. Faudra que je revienne!

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

Excellent séjour chez Zarko! Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! Propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, possibilité de se garer sur place. Je recommande
