Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

Il dispose d'une terrasse verte et il est au premier et dernier étage d'un immeuble calme, sécurisé et design. L’organisation de fêtes, de soirées et/ou de rassemblements sont strictement interdit. J’habite sur même pallier, en cas d’abus vous devrez quitter l’appartement immédiatement, vous n’aurez plus accès au logement.

Pantin loft ravissant

L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants. Les matériaux utilisés sont naturels, bois, métal, laine de bois pour l’isolation et peintures biologiques. Une partie des matériaux ont été récupèré et restauré, les poutres en chêne, les portes et les radiateurs entre autres.

Profitez de sa belle hauteur sous plafond, de ses murs bruts, de son sol en béton et des éléments en bois qui apportent une touche chaleureuse à l’espace. Veuillez noter que cet espace ne conviendrait peut-être pas aux personnes de plus de 50 ans en raison de l'espace restreint autour du lit.
