The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Haus in Paris! Die Lage war perfekt für das Disneyland und Paris. Die Haus war geräumig und ideal für unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern. Am schönsten war der Garten und der Pool. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die kinderfreundlichen Annehmlichkeiten und Freundlichkeit von Caroline. Sie war bei allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit.

Es gibt keinerlei Gründe oder Punkte, die uns gestört haben könnten. Meine Familie und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten. Die Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, war der Ort, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um die Parksituation machen mussten. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass das Auto sicher ist direkt vor der Tür steht.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous nous sommes senties accueillies amicalement, dans une jolie maison, avec un beau jardin, et une vue magnifique. Laurence est très réactive. Elle a eu de jolies attentions pour nous. Quelle chance de côtoyer les jolies poules rousses et de rencontrer la chatte de la maison (très indépendante), avec laquelle on a envie de faire amie amie.. Et les bonnes cerises ! Miam, Bref, nous recommandons sans réserves et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Laurence

Excellent séjour chez Zarko! Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

L'appartement est confortable, avec un espace extérieur inspirant pour l'été... malheureusement nous y avons séjourné pendant l'hiver. Et notre hôte est très agréable et courtoise.

Séjour inoubliable ! Dans un superbe logement décoré avec goût, tous les équipements/matériaux sont d'une grande qualité. La situation est idéale à quelques pas de la ligne 1 qui mène au centre historique de Paris en quelques minutes ! Calme et privé, vraiment le meilleur endroit pour séjourner aux abords de Paris avec tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

¡Nuestra estancia en esta encantadora casa en París fue muy agradable! Ubicada en una zona estratégica, la casa tiene acceso inmediato a los servicios de Châtillon, donde encontramos todo lo necesario: desde supermercados y panaderías artesanales hasta cafeterías con ese toque parisino que enamora. La proximidad a estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera un juego de niños; en pocos minutos estábamos en el corazón de París, explorando sus icónicos monumentos. La casa en sí es un sueño: cómoda, elegantemente decorada y con una atmósfera que combina el encanto clásico parisino con comodidades modernas. Cada rincón está cuidado con detalle, desde los muebles acogedores hasta la luz natural que inunda el espacio, haciéndolo aún más bello. Un punto destacado, especialmente para quienes viajamos por Europa, fue la lavadora en la casa. ¡Qué ventaja poder lavar nuestra ropa durante el viaje!

Super freundlicher Vermieter, der immer schnell reagiert. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Das Studio liegt sehr nah an der Metro Linie 7 und ist somit super für Ankunft am Gare de l'Est und man erreicht eine Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Umstieg.

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and historical Paris home. The area was peaceful and felt like a quiet retreat, yet it was just steps away from charming cafes, shops, and cultural sites—plenty to explore nearby without needing to go far. The home itself is full of character and stories, and it was a unique experience to stay in such a special place. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the entire stay, always available when we had questions. One of the highlights was that they graciously allowed my daughter to use the piano, which made the experience even more memorable for us. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Paris in a relaxing and culturally rich setting!
