Safia hat von Beginn an entgegenkommend kommuniziert und uns sehr freundlich in ihrem einfachen und kleinen, aber sehr gemütlichen Studio empfangen! Es gab Kaffee und Orangensaft wie Wasser für einen guten Start in den Tag. Check-in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Die ruhige Unterkunft bietet die besten Möglichkeiten, das Viertel zu Fuß zu erkunden und ist fantastisch gelegen. Wir sind sogar zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gelaufen und hatten tolle Tage in Paris. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Safia!

A beautiful home to stay in and lovely hosts to work with! Their space makes you feel like a true Paris local - very close to the metro station and even closer to a bus stop if you need to catch a night bus. Lots of café options nearby and grocery stores as well. As noted in their description, there are three flights of stairs to climb with no lift so be mindful of your luggage - we found the stairwell to be spacious and the steps not steep so it was a pleasant workout for us haha. Danièle and Clément were kind enough to give us a flexible check out since my group had lots of bags and a later train to catch. Thank you for making our stay in Paris enjoyable!

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Check-In lief problemlos ab und Mathilde war flexibel und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wer am gare de l’est ankommt oder abreist, hat zudem sehr viel Glück mit der Lage, der Bahnhof lässt sich in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Fußläufig befindet sich auch ein toller Park sowie die Gegend rund um den Canal Saint Matin.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

We loved our week long stay at Gauthier’s place. The apartment was perfect for two, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even in the summer on the 5th floor we stayed cool with the breeze and fan. The apartment faces a courtyard so there was no street noise and it was very quiet. It was lovely to stay in the 10th arrondissement where it was only a quick metro ride away from “touristy” areas. There were many bars, cafes, shops and bakeries very close including our favorite Mamiche. The line for their amazing baked goods was out the door always but so worth the wait. I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you Gauthier for sharing your home with us.

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Easy to find, easy to navigate, easy to get around from if you use the metro. Place is very nice and extremely useful.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man bei einem Kurztrip benötigt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super und wir haben uns sehr über die Tipps von Elisa und Thomas gefreut. Die Lage ist ideal - die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, einige Bars/Cafes/Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall und wir haben es sehr genossen :) vielen Dank!

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende bei Edgar und Théo verbracht und uns in die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung verliebt. 10/10 ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen auf dem Städtetrip. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden lief auch einwandfrei. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

My bf and I stayed for 6 nights at Nam’s beautiful Parisian flat. Every detail was perfect and he was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed in two other neighborhoods before (Marais & Montmarte) and liked this the best. It is well connected, charming, and not touristy. Coming home to Nam’s after a long day felt nice. Quiet, comfortable, and impeccably designed. Don’t hesitate to book.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Paris. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvolleingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, es wurden tolle Tipps geschickt und bei Fragen sofort geantwortet. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit einem persönlichen Brief und einem kleinen Gastgeschenk überrascht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Das schönste Airbnb, in dem ich je war. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Check-in / Check-out bzw. die Kommunikation waren super easy.

flexibel einchecken Susanna wartete vor der Unterkunft und zeigte uns den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Mit dem Fahrstuhl in den 9. Stock und schon ein toller Blick auf die Stadt. In der Nähe, Supermarkt, metro, Bus.... Alles da. Essen alle Richtungen vertreten, guter inder. Italiener, Asiaten.... kommen gerne wieder. Da Südseite sehr viel Sonne, aber dank Rolladen gut gekühlt...

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁
