House vacation rentals in 17th arrondissement

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We'd be happy to come back to your place when we're back in France :)

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. This space was in a very good location to all the Paris sights that we wanted to visit. Check in and check out were very easy and our host was very quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay at Julien’s! He was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The place was clean, well designed and equipped. Love the attention to detail. Perfect for our group of 5. The area it’s located in was equally special. Great for vintage shopping, antiques, and thrifting. Easy access to Paris by metro or if you are up for slightly long walk to the 19th arrondissement.

The space was beautiful and perfect for our extended family of 10. It was exciting to stay so close to the Arc De Triomphe and also it was truly tucked into a quiet corner of a complex so felt quiet and calm. The place was cleaned just prior to our arrival and there were things that were a nice surprise -coffee pods, hair dryers, detergent provided which was so helpful. Yohaan's communication was quick and always helpful. The person who let us in and gave us a tour of the home (Mikael) was kind and helpful and also offered to be available if we needed anything. There are grocery stores, pharmacies and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro access is also super close!

This was a stellar location with wonderful hosts. Really enjoyed our say. Very easy to get into central Paris from this location.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at the villa Elizabeth. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms are independent, giving everyone their privacy and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a temperature controllable water kettle which we loved. The bathrooms were spotless, the towels were soft and there were nice soaps in the shower. The electric towel heaters were a nice luxury too. Since the weather was beautiful we also very much enjoyed the private outside terrace. The Versailles palace is only 5 minutes away by car and parking at the palace was easy. Having a grocery store in the street just a few minutes walk away is a nice convenience too. There is no parking on the property itself but it was usually not an issue to find free street parking. Noėmi was super responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Villa Elizabeth for anyone visiting Versailles who wants to stay in a nice, comfortable home.
