Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in 15th arrondissement

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Great stay at Angelique and her husband's place. Angelique was super flexible about our late arrival, and was always friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is brand new, very clean and very functional. Also well located if you want to be close to Paris by transport, while being quiet, with in addition parking spaces often available. We loved our stay and would recommend it 100%

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

Great accommodation. Hélène was very helpful and great was very smooth. Close to all public transport and easy to walk to main parts of Paris. Loved the balcony was nice to sit out there at night and enjoy Paris. We had a lovely time at this apartment.

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

We spent two nights in Paris at Jérôme and Manon’s place and it was such a wonderful stay. Their apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It is in a great location with easy access to transport lines. They were so friendly and communicated very well. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic Central location, tucked behind the hustle of the main streets. Peaceful and quiet flat, despite being in the central heartbeat of the city. A real gem, and best accommodation I ever found in Paris. Pierre is kind, and was especially responsive when checking in. The concierge tried very hard to explain to us where to go, but our A1 French skills didn't get us far. Luckily Pierre answered our messages immediately and we were able to easily find the flat. We were soooo happy it was so quiet at night, and we were able to rest up after full days of exploring. The flat has everything you could need, including a washing machine and all toiletries and cleaning supplies. A little tip: there isn't much closet space for you to unpack, and if you need to hang your clothes you may want to bring your own hangers :) this was clearly in the description, and it was really nice feeling the real intention behind Airbnb - staying in someone elses real flat. Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Great accommodation, with a really great location whether for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very nice. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights as well) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.
