Villa vacation rentals in 12th arrondissement

We had a magical week at Jean Eric’s beautiful home in Cassis. As previous holidaymakers have already mentioned the house and its setting are even more stunning than the photos. Waking up to those glorious views was such a treat. The house is spotlessly clean and really nicely designed and furnished with every kitchen gadget, glass and table setting you could ever need. We tried very hard to think if anything was missing and the only single thing we came up with was a cocktail muddler! The pool and gardens are gorgeous and we loved watching the sun go down from the poolside bar. Jean Eric was super friendly, thoughtful and helpful. He met us at the house on arrival and kindly gave us a lift into the village so we could make our dinner reservation after our plane was delayed. We’d come back here again tomorrow if we could, and it really was the most idyllic villa to celebrate a special birthday with all the family.

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Magnifique maison que celle de Yannick, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à y séjourner à deux adultes avec trois ados. Le jardin et la piscine appellent au farniente alors que l’emplacement de la maison permet de nombreuses visites alentours. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour inoubliable dans une magnifique villa en Provence. Nos hôtes sont charmants. Leur gentillesse, leur accueil chaleureux et toutes les délicates attentions à notre égard nous ont conquis d’emblée. Christine et René aiment leur maison et aiment la partager. La maison leur ressemble, accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle est très spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût. C'est un véritable havre de paix, où l'on peut se ressourcer en famille et profiter pleinement du calme environnant. Elle est dotée d'une superbe piscine chauffée à 30 °C par le soleil provençal au milieu d’un écrin de verdure. Les enfants ont adoré s’y baigner et les parties de boules ont été très disputées sur le terrain de pétanque, à l’ombre des grands arbres. De nombreuses petites terrasses aménagées sont accessibles tout autour de la maison. On peut choisir chaque jour un nouvel endroit pour déjeuner, se prélasser ou lire! Cette villa est un véritable bijou, que nous recommandons vivement !

We received an incredibly warm welcome from Aline and Eric and the bad weather did not dampen spirits! We were instantly struck by how much love has gone into this incredible picturesque and tasteful property. We picked it out on air BnB because of the outside space and it exceeded our expectations. I won’t ruin any surprises for future guests but it was perfect 🤩 Any questions we had during our stay were responded to instantly and even though this was a summer holiday for my partner and I, it felt like a honeymoon ❤️ There were endless activities to stay occupied and we developed a fierce daily pétanque competition. Location wise, it was perfect for us to journey to Casis to hire boats and enjoy the sea, in addition to dinners inland in The Luberon, including Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste & Ménerbes (around 1-1hr15) We also drove to kayak and boat on the Verdon Gorge (around 1hr45) Aix easy to visit too All in all, it was an amazing break and one which we will remember forever

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette villa magnifique. La maison est exceptionnelle, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Le cadre est extrêmement agréable, au cœur de la nature, offrant un vrai havre de paix. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité chaleureuse. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances inoubliables.

Honestly the perfect accommodation. A brilliant price for such a lovely villa. Joël was only ever a message away if you needed him and explained the check in/check out process really well. Will definitely be returning :)

Great villa with plenty of space for multiple families. We enjoyed the large garden for the children to play before dinner and the kitchen was nice to cook breakfast / dinner. Easy walk down to town and hiking trails. Walk back is uphill but manageable for our group of 4 adults + kids (7-11 years old). We would recommend to anyone that needs space and would love to return again some day!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa - an oasis of tranquility, high on the hills overlooking the port at La Redonne. There are multiple levels & terraces with seating areas & hammocks, & lovely views of the surrounding countryside on all sides & from the rooftop terrace. Sadly the weather was dreadful for much of our stay - chilly, windy & wet - so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We paid extra to have the pool heated but the external temperature meant it still felt cold & we didn't really get to use it at all. The villa is bright, airy & spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. The living area has huge comfy couches placed to look out at the views The steep hilltop location would be a challenge without a car as the supermarket is at least 2.5 kms away. There is only one restaurant at the port & is average & overpriced. I recommend driving to l'Estaque (15 mins) for some delicious seafood. Merci beaucoup Olivia et Karine

Violetta’s home is beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed. There is plenty of seating in the garden and a lovely pool plus a fish pond and terrapin enclosure. We had fun exploring the property. The only drawback was not being able to walk from the villa. We always needed to use the car as there were no footpaths nearby. The pretty village of Gemenos is a short drive away from the villa which is situated off a dual carriageway surrounded by industrial buildings. However noise wasn’t a problem, the traffic was light and no sound from the local warehouses which are barely visible.

Vanessa’s place is a hidden gem in Cassis. And I’m almost sad to share it with other people. It’s the best airbnb i’ve stayed at so far. . We spent a week there with our new born baby and family, and felt right at home. The place is brand new, extremely clean with high end appliances and new stylish furniture. The pool and garden have an AMAZING view on Cassis and the surrounding vineyards. Whilst being located in the middle of the vineyards it’s only a 10min walk to the port of Cassis, with its shops and restaurants. Nicolas was extremely responsive and provided us with all local recommendations. We are definitely going back !

We spent 5 nights and really enjoyed our family Christmas get-together there. The underfloor heating made the Villa very cosy. We were a party of 6 adult guests and the Villa was well able to accommodate us all. Even the sun shone for the whole time, but the weather was a bit cool, but still good for that time of year too. Great location and picture frame views to the sea and Cap de Canaille. Easy walking distance to shops, port, and beaches.

Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes et nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce gîte. Les hôtes sont disponibles , arrangeants et au petit soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Merci pour ce week-end.

Nous avons passé un weekend d'enterrement de vie de jeune fille inoubliable dans le manoir de Jean-Pascal : grande maison propre et entièrement équipée, espace extérieur incroyable, et j'en passe. En outre, Jean-Pascal a été un hôte extrêmement réactif et arrangeant. Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermés ; c'est probablement l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix du marché !

Great place, especially if you want to do a bit of hiking during the days. You can take a cab to aix and Marseille easily. Good social areas, plenty of bathrooms, good space in general. All around a great place

Une hôte serviable, disponible et surtout très professionnelle qui propose une villa extrêmement propre avec tous l'équipement nécessaire et qui est à votre disposition. Elle n'a pas hésité à nous mettre bien pour bien commencer nos vacances. Des petites attentions que bcp d'hôtes oublient malheureusement (dosette café, capsule lessive...) bien évidement il s'agit là, de dépannage...et sa fait toujours plaisir. En tous cas restez comme vous êtes vous êtes au top. (sans oublier votre conjoint) Je vous la recommande à 100%.

Céline est super pro active, dynamique et sympathique. Le logement est conforme à la description , très bel endroit et bien situé pour visiter la région.

Un cadre magnifique pour séjourner. La maison est située dans un jardin vraiment idyllique. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour. La maison est parfaitement propre, décorée avec goût. Jean-Luc est un hôte bienveillant et discret. Il nous a délivré de très bonnes idées de balades. Sa gentillesse est à souligner ainsi que la qualité de son logement. Merci pour ce très bon séjour.

Allez-y les yeux fermés. Nicolas et son épouse sont très accueillants et disponible si besoin. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description, et rien ne manque on s'y sent comme chez nous. Ils ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien avec la mise à disposition de lit parapluie, table à langer... pour notre fils d'1 an 1/2. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et recommandons chaleureusement!!

It was a lovely house. Some info about things to do/ places to go/ where supermarkets were/ restaurants etc would have been great. The video for the garden was excellent. Maybe some guides to kitchen equipment would have been helpful too. Overall we loved the house and would definitely recommend for anyone who wanted a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la villa de Marion, tout est conforme à la description de son annonce et la vue est magnifique. La piscine a été un gros avantage lors des fortes chaleurs de notre semaine. Marion a également été très réactive à nos demandes, chose très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette endroit.
