fabulous place. oasis. refreshing cold pool. great views. got to use the bikes (the hill home is a killer be warned!) and eat al fresco most nights. great park for walking/running just 5 min away.

What an absolutely stunning villa! Nestled in a hillside, with nothing but trees around. We hired a car, and this was the best option for this villa as it was a 12 minute drive/50 minute walk into Aix centre, but Aix is so easy to drive around and have us the flexibility we needed. The villa itself was beautiful, felt high end, with good quality furnishings. Honestly couldn’t fault it!

What a beautiful stay - our first time to Cassis. The view was amazing! Sacha was literally incredible, her and the housekeeper worked like Trojans in 35 degrees to get us in as early as possible when we had arrived a bit early. What a wonderful and friendly reception we got. She even carried bags for us down the stairs - which were a little tricky, but she must be superhuman! House was spotless and Sacha was so efficient when I texted with questions. Was so brilliantly managed, we were delighted. Did some wonderful cooking in the wonderful kitchen and also BBQ/open fire outside. Was a lovely stay all around. Would come back again for sure. ♥️♥️♥️

I was looking for a unique place to invite my best partners for our seminar. The house allows for true hotel independence and moments of sharing and work. The view of the bay is simply beautiful and the house very nice. Therese was very responsive and always attentive. The proximity to the sea and trails is a real plus. A great experience!

Our stay with friends was perfect! Jonathan was very responsive in organizing our arrival and departure, with great flexibility on our schedules. He listens to our questions, and we feel that he is caring and wants you to have the best stay at his place. The house is located in a nice area with great restaurants nearby. It's within walking distance of everywhere! The house is in a nice setting, peaceful, far from the street, and it is decorated in a sober and pleasant way, tastefully. The terrace is great! With a pool for swimming (no ladder to climb up, be careful!) and great outdoor furniture for chilling. Only negative points: a lot of woodlice (seasonal issue but Jonathan reacted with a product as soon as he was warned) and a smell of dampness (we ventilated).

Very nice accommodation, very nice with a beautiful exterior and very clean house! The host Alexis is very nice, as well as Annoa who welcomed us very warmly and was very accommodating with us. I would highly recommend it!

One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in. The adults and the kids all had a blast. It’s both chic and family-friendly. And our host was not only friendly and helpful, he left us wine and cherries from his farm. We can’t wait to come back.

Françoise is an exceptional host. We enjoyed every minute in her beautiful garden. Her dogs are adorable, and La Ciotat is very relaxing. Thanks to our host for a remarkable time.

Excellent location of the house on the harbor and the cove of the Redonne which is very pleasant for swimming and walks on the coastal trails. Very well hosted by Viviane. Beautiful views from the large terrace and the rotunda dining room. 1st floor of the house well decorated and equipped for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom for 2 adults and 2 children, a little tight for 4 adults. Absolutely recommended!

Sophie and her team were great with us, from the initial contact to check out. The accommodation is just perfect, clean and all the necessary equipment was there. The view from the garden is enough to leave you speechless😍 We'll be happy to stay again!

Great stay at Nathalie's place who welcomed me with a smile and was available, responsive and sociable. Great communication with her. Photos of this listing match those presented on the site. The studio is very well-equipped, very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Ease and speed to reach the city center via the bus five minutes walk from the accommodation and, which drops directly at the metro station leading to the heart of the city of Marseille. An amazing stay in an idyllic setting! Between the pool and the jacuzzi, we were really able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The accommodation is lovely, comfortable and very well maintained. We would have liked to have stayed longer… and we already want to come back. Thank you again for hosting us!

We had a great stay with my boyfriend. Chantal was extremely welcoming and the accommodation was totally as described. A very large number of amenities are present in the listing. Chantal helped us when we had a suitcase problem when we arrived and struggled to always find solutions. I highly recommend this listing

Very good stay in Marseille. Very good communication.

After staying here I thought twice about who I gave 5 star reviews in the past. This was hands down the best air bnb we have ever stayed. Ben greeted us when we first got to the place. He knew we were traveling from a beach day in St Tropez and had a prosciutto / tomato charcuterie waiting for our family when we asked through the door which was just so sweet and generous. All toiletries were present and available and kitchen was stocked to make meals and things. Beach and snorkeling gear also available to guests. Locations in Marseille is super easy to access. Lovely Mountain View from the patio is lovely as well. Super comfortable place with high end finishes and decor that I would choose myself in my own home. Has a dryer that works!!! Dryer is so rare in France it seems. I can’t say enough about the host or place. We had a great time and felt so welcome by Ben and it just set the mood for Marseilles. We are thinking of coming again and will definitely stay with Ben!

Our stay at Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes was truly magical and we would love to return someday! This one-of-a-kind house is beautiful and spacious. It was a lovely, comfortable retreat for our two families to stay in while we explored Marseille. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was fabulous! We enjoyed multiple meals outside on the balcony. The location of the house is perfect for accessing via public transportation and it is within walking distance of several beaches and sightseeing destinations. The hosts are truly wonderful and made certain that our stay was amazing. They were quick to respond and helped us greatly during our trip. We loved our stay and very much hope to return to Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes again someday!!

Short 2-night stay in Marseille with Léa and Florian. Accommodation fully matches the photos, cozy and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the calm of the morning, the proximity to the beach and the parking just below the cul-de-sac, as well as the restaurants (and a pharmacy) Communication was particularly easy and enjoyable, the answers almost immediate. In short, I recommend it and we'll be happy to come back on occasion.

The house had a beautifully designed interior, and everything was well provisioned. It was very calming inside. I loved the tall windows and how the kitchen opens up to the garden. We slept very well – the neighborhood was quiet and is very safe. Best of all, the beach is a 10 minute walk away from the house. We enjoyed strolling along the boardwalk from the house. It's all very walkable. Clement was a super generous host as well!

Everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable in the house. For visiting Marseille, a great location, as you can take the ferry directly to the Vieux Port in 30 minutes. Parking in a large free parking lot nearby was also not an issue.

We really felt at home in the accommodation! It was very clean and super nice. The sofa bed is also comfortable. Top communication with the SUPER host! Highly recommended for everyone. Tip: very narrow lanes to the accommodation, ensure an experienced driver😅

We had a wonderful stay in Marseille. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. The garden is wonderful and ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We would always book the place again.
