Vacation rentals with a fireplace in 11th arrondissement

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Lovely appartment in typical modern, french style. Really liked the host Marie. She was very pro-active, positive and engaged and open for questions / needs. Wonderful host (5-star)!

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

Our stay was amazing. The house matched the description perfectly. Very comfortable for a couple and a baby, very comfortable bed and crib, clean linens and towels, the only thing I would highlight is that the kitchen utensils and dishes should be cleaned more thoroughly, the rest is great. The location is very good in the center of Paris, a 30-minute walk from the most important points such as Notre Dame Cathedral. Near the house there were also supermarkets and several very good bakeries! The best is undoubtedly the Maé bakery. Fred was always available for any questions or concerns and was very kind. Great host. If we go back to Paris, we would stay in this apartment again. Just keep in mind that this is a seventh floor and that the elevator goes up to the sixth (which is already indicated in the description), and that the elevator is very narrow, so it is better to travel with a light stroller if you are staying with a baby. My daughter and I had 5 wonderful days in Paris and immediately felt comfortable in Clara's beautiful apartment, it was nice that Clara greeted us personally and was always available for questions, the apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need, the transport connection is perfect!!!!!!! We would book this place again at any time.

As someone who visits Paris very often, this airbnb was perfection. Great location, perfectly positioned between Marais, Bastille, and Oberkampf. Located on a less populated street so not too busy or noisy. Super cute inside. Big enough for two, could even had a third if needed. Big comfy beds, nice standing shower, working kitchen for cooking. A true gem. Jeanroch was such a great host, easy to access and kind. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.. but maybe I won’t so I can use it again soon 😌 thank you Jeanroch!

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.
