The Marais will be at 15 minutes walking distance, the Bastille area, Oberkampf and the canal Saint Martin only few minutes, Notre-Dame, Le Louvre will be 20 minutes away with the metro, The Eiffel tower area and Champs Elysees in 25 minutes. The flat is just waiting for you to make you feel like a real parisian !!

Authentic apartment with views of all of Paris.

My accommodation is on the top floor (with elevator) of a beautiful Haussmann building, with unobstructed views of all the monuments of Paris. Located at the Voltaire metro station, between Bastille and Père Lachaise, it is close to all shops (bistros, wine cellar...) and in the heart of a real neighborhood life. I am very attached to Parisian life and I chose this apartment because it brings together for me all the attractions of the capital. It is quiet, warm and carefully furnished.
