Waterfront vacation rentals in Zverinac

I couldn't have had better hosts, so communicative responsive to all comms. The apartment has to be in one of if not the best location in Old town, great views always something going on outside in the square, being on the 4th floor meant you got a lovely breeze in the late afternoon. Ivica and Katrina also add some lovely personal touches, toiletries to get us started, coffee, tea and who doesn't like a bowl of fruit and another of sweets! The apartment had everything you could ask for. They also helped us to organise transport to and from the airport, there were guide maps as well. So pleased we chose them and their appartment, we will be back.

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Bruno & Diana were great hosts! They were flexible on our check-in time and made the whole process very easy, even giving us local recommendations! The aparment is located in Old Town Zadar with lots of restaurants and things to see! We loved our stay in Zadar and I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a great location that is walking distance to everything you need!

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Jadranka was one of the best Airbnb hosts I ever met - she provided all the provisions (tea-coffee-oil-towels- even sun screen was available for us to use. The apartment was spotless and across the road from the sea- also about 15 min walk to the old town. Any questions we asked were responded to immediately - I would recommend staying here very highly. Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

The apartment was perfectly clean and well equiped. There was everything you could need. It was really close to the sea - 30seconds to the sea and same to 3 supermarkets, what was a great advantage. Also there were reastaurants, icecream.. Very nice sandy beach suitable for kids was only few minutes of walking from the apartment. We couldnt imagine better place for us as a familly with 3 children.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

I'm traveling back very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav at Petra's was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the listing stipulates, very clean, very convenient with a pleasant terrace, and great services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the little cafe overlooking it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to walk at least 1 half-hour, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

The view of the water is beautiful, and there is a great way to enter the water in peace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and approachable at all times. The surroundings offer lots of peace and nature. The restaurant operation right next door did not bother us. A clear recommendation!
