Family-friendly vacation rentals in Zverinac

Ruhiges Häuschen in guter Lage auf einem sehr nett angelegten Grundstück. Bis zum ersten „Strand“ sind es nur wenige Meter, auch etwas schönere Buchten sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kristijan und seinem Bruder Danijel lief ohne Probleme, beide haben immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, auch Tipps zu Lokalen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab’s via WA. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Leider gabs zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir dort waren (Ende Mai) eine ziemliche Raupenplage, vor allem auf der Eiche zu Beginn des Grundstücks welche den Krabbelradius des Babies notgedrungen etwas eingeschränkt haben. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht wenn auch die Kaffeemaschine leider defekt war - Ersatz wäre aber organisiert worden wenn nötig ☺️ Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist wie schon von einigen vorher geschrieben etwas schwierig. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen, dann vllt zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Jahr😊

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Wir waren zu 6. + ein Kleinkind. Die Villa war einfach zu finden. Die Person die uns vor Ort erwartet hat, hat leider nur kroatisch gesprochen. Aber mit Händen und Füßen konnte man sich trotzdem gut verständigen. Der Check in verlief also ohne Probleme. Die Villa war in einem makellosen Zustand, wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein extra WC. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnzimmer, leider erreicht die kühle Luft die 3 Schlafzimmer nicht. Deshalb war es nachts ziemlich warm. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein reisebett und ein hochstuhl erhalten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dies weiß man jedoch vorher deshalb war es kein Problem für uns. Insgesamt war alles eine 5/5

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wat een lieve familie. Ze laten je totaal met rust tenzij je ze nodig hebt, dan staan ze meteen voor je klaar. Het uitzicht over zee in prachtig. De zonsondergangen zijn fenomenaal. De tuin staan vol verschillende fruitsoorten. Die de eigenaar met alle liefde aan je geeft. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Our stay in Zadar was absolutely amazing, thanks to this beautiful home and the incredible host! The house was stunning - spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The pool was a true highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything looked exactly like the photos, if not better! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We truly felt at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - it's the perfect base for discovering Zadar!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Het huisje was echt geweldig. Het huisje was heel erg knus, en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Alle belangrijke dingen waren op loopafstand en alles was goed geregeld. Ik raad dit huisje aan iedereen aan!

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

Everything was just as expected. A traditional Dalmation cottage but with all the modern amenities. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely huge bedroom with TV and much needed air conditioning. Very firm but comfortable bed. Julija and her husband were very responsive and very friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nice touches provided like wine and home made liqueur with some snacks. We loved the area and travelled to some other villages in close proximity. We would particularly recommend a trip to Nin! On our last evening there was a festival in Sukosan square with traditional music and food. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julija’s house and we would definitely wish to stay there if travelling to Croatia again!

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und die Helligkeit der Zimmer war wundervoll. Unsere Tochter durfte sogar auf dem Trampolin springen. Danke! 🌷

Nach 12 wunderbaren Tagen möchten wir uns ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt im Hause Sabunike 66 bedanken. Alles war bestens – von der gemütlichen Unterkunft über die gepflegte Umgebung bis hin zur angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die liebevolle Betreuung. Es war uns eine Freude, bei Ihnen zu wohnen – und wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet, tolle Lage, Pool, Parkplatz und vor allem die phantastische Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Maja ! La maison était formidable, la vue magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Maja est une des meilleures hôtes j’ai pu rencontrer ! Très réactive par message, elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour nos excursions et nous a aidé à sauver le crâne brûlé de notre ami (encore merci pour l’aloe vera !). Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil !

Stjepan’s property is an old family house restored lovingly. Not quite a farmhouse, however it does have some chickens, geese, goats, peacocks and pigeons in the backyard. With a mini horse called Suzy and two lovely Alsatian dogs which were kept away from the rented house. Stjepan and his family live on the same property in the main house so it’s very convenient to contact him. There is one twin room downstairs with three bedrooms upstairs with a spiral-type staircase not suitable for the elderly and disabled. Overall a great property, highly recommended if your destination is Zadar. Also convenient to get to the Plitvice National Lakes.

Erittäin hyvä majoitus varsinkin perheille. Kuuden hengen vierailumme sujui mukavasti tilavassa, puhtaassa ja upeassa huoneistossa. Damir on ystävällinen, huomaavainen ja selvästi haluaa että hänen asiakkaansa viihtyvät. Huoneisto oli moitteettoman puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Takapiha uima-altaineen kruunasi kaiken. Suosittelen lämpimästi!
