Vacation rentals in Zvekovica

My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

We had a great stay in Marin's appartment. The sunset view from terrace is stunning. The location motivates to walk to the city center that we expected and were glad to enjoy (althogth the last part of the way back is more challanging - although good cardio excersizes :-). Cavtat town is charming, and there is lots of interesting things to do around (especially if you have a car). We had great stay and unforgeattable experience. Marin was very helpful and open if we needed something.

This is a gorgeous little gem in the centre of a beautiful little town. The apartment was perfect for our little vacation. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all things you might need eg plates bowls cups. I cannot fault this place at all!! We have been home a matter of hours and are already longing to return. Thankyou so much for sharing your lovely space!!

Ana's apartment is a great place to stay when visiting Cavtat. Yes, it's up a steep hill if walking back from the centre but, without that hill, you wouldn't have the unbelievable views. It really was a joy to sit on the balcony and just look out at the sea view. The apartment is small but ideal for us as a couple and was spotlessly clean. Very quiet area too. We hope to be back at some point as we loved Cavtat and the apartment so much.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Tomislav sehr genossen. Wir wurden von seinen Eltern herzlichst ❤️empfangen und mit einem kühlen Getränk begrüßt. Wohnung war top und sehr sauber. Das gleiche gilt für den Pool und den Aussenbereich. Das Fitness Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Eine Sauna ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Tom und seine Eltern haben uns sehr gute Restaurant Tipps gegeben ( Konoba King ist definitiv einen Besuch wert) Die Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir sind zum 6-ten mal in Kroatien, so eine tolle Unterkunft über Airbnb hatten wir noch nie. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊 Hvala vam na toplom gostoprimstvu, liebe Familie Nediljko😘

We just stayed a night in this nice apartment. Highly recommend this place. Also restaurants at Cavtat are just walking distance.

Des hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Un jacuzzi nettoyé avec précaution chaque soir et avec le sourire! Et une discrétion à toute épreuve. C’était juste parfait ! Un arrêt de bus pour dubrovnik à moins de 10 min. Le centre de cavtat (joli petit port avec restaurants et bars) accessible à pied en moins de 15 min. Une petite suggestion vraiment pour le fun . Une ou deux trottinettes électriques ou vélos pour faire quelques courses et ce serait carrément plus que parfait. Nous avons bien l’intention de revenir 😍 Aurore et David
