Located at Ziegenmarkt, which means the old town, harbor, nightlife area, pedestrian zone, market square, bike rental, train station, ... everything is “around the corner” and easily accessible on foot. The spacious apartment is spread over 2 floors and has a total of approx. 70 m2. On the first floor there is a living-kitchen area - on the second floor are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Attention - it is a typical town house - stairs very steep - house narrow. Rental from 4 nights.

Small vacation home with lake view

Entfliehe dem Trubel der Stadt und genieße die ländliche Ruhe mit idyllischem Seeblick und wunderbarer Badestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

This special accommodation is 70 square meters and is ideally suited for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. In 7 minutes you can reach the center of Wismar by car. In about 15 minutes, our island of Poel, which is worth seeing, can be reached by car. The coast of the island shows itself as a rough cliff or with beautiful wide sandy beaches. Restaurant/shopping 3 min. walk away ... :))

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Our apartment is located in a listed building in the middle of the historic city center, right next to the park, the Fürstenhof and the church of St. George. The entire old town and the harbor are within walking distance. You'll like our apartment because of the coziness, great location, and beautiful views. Our apartment is good for families and couples. The apartment Waldesruh is located on the old estate of the forest estate Laase with idyllic wooded park, very quiet. It has its own terrace with garden (the lawn is just sown and is green from June 2024). The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children. My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
