House vacation rentals in Zuidlaren

We were there in June as a group of four – despite the rain and colder temperatures, we were able to enjoy our stay totally thanks to the sauna and the heated pool, which was our highlight! We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is really great – we can only recommend it and will definitely come back. The adjacent forest is great for walking and Groningen and Leeuwarden are each just under 30 minutes by car.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and Janna and Christof took great care of us. Would happily do it again!

Super neat park. The cottage with sauna and pool was neat and expected. However, it was unclear when booking that towels were not included.

We had two beautiful days at the house. It is quiet. There are also two supermarkets in the village. You can do a lot in the region. The house also invites you to linger. Both saunas were really great. We'll be sure to recommend

With a group of friends of 5 people, we stayed three nights in this AirBnB on a small-scale park. There were few other guests in the park, so we could enjoy the nice jacuzzi and garden. Unfortunately, for the (unheated) pool, the temperature outside was just a bit too cold. Inside is a lot of space, the cottage is much larger in terms of seating space than for 5-6 people. The beds (a total of 6 sleeping places) were excellent. With two refrigerators, six burners (gas stove) and a spacious dishwasher, the kitchen was also great, although unfortunately there was no towel or tea towel available to dry the hands and small dishes. It is also nice that there are two toilets (one of which is separate), but the door to the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked and does not close completely. Arrival is fine, with some information from the host in advance via the app and on site instructions to get to the right cottage at the small bungalow park. All in all a great stay in a nice area!

Nice cottage, very clean and complete. Lots to do in the area, well worth it. Host was very helpful and quick to respond if we had a question.

We had a great time in this beautiful cottage in the countryside. The welcome was very warm, the cottage was clean and very characterful. We completely relaxed and the jacuzzi was great. We expected the pool to be open, but in the end we had a great time swimming in the Canada lake and with long walks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful nature and tranquility.

Just a wonderful week behind us in this cottage. Wonderful surroundings by the water. Quite private in terms of neighbors, but quite a few boats that pass by. The teenagers enjoyed themselves with the canoe, the weather was really a gift this week. Super nice that there are screens for everything, slept wonderfully with windows open. Everything has been thought of, in terms of kitchen furnishings but also in terms of amenities such as washing machine, extra blankets, etc. Tip: if you are here, take the pound to the other side (bring cash) to explore the village but especially to sit by the water on the terrace. The only thing we regretted is that we actually wanted to rent a boat but were late with that. Furthermore, it is a wonderful environment where you can discover nature (all the feans) but also Burgum and Dokkum are recommended. In short: super successful vacation and nice cottage!

We had a lovely stay! The Airbnb is on the farm with the hosts in a small annex. In general, we spoke to the hosts in person on arrival and departure, otherwise we only saw the two of them walking across the yard sometimes. But we had our privacy at all times and you didn't feel watched. The kitchen is well equipped and we rented the sauna for €40/3 hours, which can be reached directly through a door at the bedroom. That was a great experience! In addition, P+R is directly in Groningen for €6/5 persons/round trip. We can recommend the Airbnb!

A very peaceful and quiet retreat for those who enjoy nature. The house was exactly what we needed after exploring the local countryside. The house was clean and had all the amenities we required. It is also close to Norg, perfect to grab some groceries, or pick up food from local restaurants.

We had a lovely weekend with our son (8) in Johannes' cottage. What attention has been paid to the construction and furnishing of this cottage, wonderfully how many details Johannes has managed to add, we recognized objects that our grandmother used to cook with or that were in her kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the cottage has all the comforts. Bicycles are available, but you can also go many ways by car from here. We hope to come back again to see more of the area.

We had an awesome time with the family! The place feels like a home-away-from-home; with great facilities, but also toys and games for the kids, kids plates / cutlery in the kitchen and even small bikes for them! The house is very nicely located on a small holiday park, communication with Feiko & Jacdirk was always great; would come again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Geert's cozy cottage. It is very idyllic and quiet, located directly on a small lake, and we were able to unwind wonderfully. Geert was easy to reach and friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. We liked it so much that we booked the next vacation directly with Geert.

This was such a peaceful and quiet place. The gardens are beautiful. The living space was spacious.

Moin! I can fully recommend the place. It is well-equipped, clean and you have everything you need. If anything is missing, Isabell and Friedrich are within easy reach. If I'm in the area again, I'd book the place again. 5* from me! 👍

We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Günther, but his wife. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with our house names at the front door. 😊 In the fridge, there was a bottle of summer beer, a bottle of sparkling wine, candies, chocolate and a large piece of Frisian cake for us. Simply fantastic!!!! The apartment and terrace were a dream. Magnificent view of the Larreelter Deep. We will be happy to come back.

Volker is a lovely host and this accommodation is wonderful for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the North Sea - the house offers an incredible amount of space for cozy game nights, delicious cooking experiences and time together on the terrace. We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back 🤗

The accommodation was in a beautiful environment, even though not all the accommodation was fully completed, it was absolutely not a problem for access to the cottage, and it was really very quiet and peaceful. The instructions for accessing the property were clear. The place was spotless: tidy, clean and nicely decorated, and new on top of that. The temperature inside was pleasant. For those who intend to cook there, perhaps bring your own products. However, there was the minimum necessary (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea). There is a freezer, not in the house, but in the cabin attached to the house, a washing machine too). Apart from that, the house is nice, the wifi works well. We had a great time, in a relaxing setting. The price of this place is deserved, as it is a beautiful modern and new chalet. I would recommend it without hesitation. We had a great time there.

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. Also nice was the sun in the front garden, where we could have breakfast quietly. The location is nice and quiet, so we were able to sleep really well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back. Finally, I would like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, wonderful week. We had a great time in Dennis' super nice house. Everything is just right in this home. Beautiful layout of the house, perfectly equipped kitchen, great garden, comfortable beds, lots of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts...) and everything is clean. The house just impressed us. The location is also great. Close to the supermarket and nice hiking and biking trails in the area. The communication with Dennis was perfect. He was super responsive to messages. We can 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.

We found the place to be very good and was in the a good area to be able to get to and from work, the property was clean and well present on the app the check in and check out was very easy and the comminication we had with Richard was very easy

What a fantastic weekend we had! With a group of ladies we stayed in a beautiful Airbnb in the woods of Norg, it was enjoyable in one word. The accommodation was equipped with all the comforts – beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was present, everything was taken care of to the last detail. The area was beautiful. We cycled wonderfully, enjoyed the peace and nature, and had a great time. The stay was completely completed by the jacuzzi, which we have of course also fully enjoyed! The contact with the owner went very well. Friendly, quick and helpful – that gave a welcome and familiar feeling. In short: a top weekend in a top location. Recommended for anyone who wants to get away with a group in a beautiful, quiet and well maintained area!
