Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zrmanja

It was a great stay. The hot tub was the highlight. We would come back.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear drawback: We were also not provided with a baby chair at multiple urgency requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be purchased. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful house. Just as shown in the pictures 👌

Beautifully furnished apartment with beautiful roof terrace with jacuzzi, loungers and view of the sea! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are absolutely worth exploring. Picturesque center of Nin is within walking distance. We definitely hope to be able to come back here again!

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Spent the last weekend in May 2025 at Villa Indigo with my family. The villa was beautiful and the hosts attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommend this villa, host and agency, you won’t be disappointed

Everything was good. House is amazing. Host was very friendly in kind.

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

Staying in this house was absolutely unique. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped – especially the kitchen, which lacked absolutely nothing, which was very important when staying with a larger group. A space designed with great attention to detail, and this beautiful view of the valley, which can be admired both from the terrace and comfortable deckchairs. The children were delighted – they spent most of their time in the pool or on the available trampoline. For adults, a great place to relax was the room with a jacuzzi and sauna – perfect for an evening rest. Outside, there is a lot of space for barbecuing and spending time together, and an additional attraction was a ping-pong table. The hosts were extremely warm and helpful – they took care of every aspect of our stay, making us feel really cared for. The house is in a convenient location – close to the sea, Zadar and Szybenik, which allowed for interesting trips. We recommend it with all my heart!

Everything is great! The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered us was having to leave the car in the car park and walk to the house, which was a bit tedious with a lot of luggage!

Super nice place to stay with lots of space and opportunities for activities. Sights are quickly accessible by car. There was everything you could ever need. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great weekend getaway, absolutely lovely house in peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for winding down from city tempo. House is awesome, great size, and nicely furnished. It was more than enough space for 6 of us (4 adults 2 kids), kids especially loved the hot tub and lawn. All in all, highly recommend. 🙂

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀
