Apartment vacation rentals in Zrmanja

Petra's apartment is very nice neat and spacious. We stayed only one night but we wish could stay longer. Big kichen Big balcony and comfortable beds. Petra waited us when we arrived the place. We felt so sorry that kept her wait long...the apartment is very convinent to the old town. We drove a few minutes to the center and parked car with very cheap parking fee. Very nice staying...Zadar is such ancient beautiful city. Thanks Petra, all the best. Ciao

Of all the places we've been to, Mladen's home (managed by Jurica) comes in a clear 1st place. The apartment is tastefully decorated and there was plenty of space. The terrace was a big plus, the same with the garden and the quiet neighborhood. City, harbor and beach are within walking distance. The surrounding towns are recommendable. Mladen - the owner of the house is nice and very discreet. He immediately does not speak English/German. There was a lot of confusion about check in as the place is managed by an external host (Jurica). The message is described as “key holder”. It made it difficult to communicate, as Jurica is not up to speed and Mladen is not registered as a co-host. Contact information for “key holder” is provided, but there was no response to either text, phone, or email. The confusion was complete as the address of the apartment is not correctly registered on AirBnb's listing. Thanks to helpful Croatians in the neighborhood, thankfully it all succeeded in the end

We had a great stay at Kristina's apartment, which was clean, well-equipped and in a good location. Kristina was a fab host - very responsive and helpful! The apartment is as described - we did find on-street parking a bit tricky as there were limited spaces, but we always found somewhere! Overall we had a lovely time and had some wonderful trips to Krka NP, Plitvice NP and Rab Island.

The house is directly on the sea. Bibinje has not soooo much to offer in the low season but we were able to take a cheap taxi to Zadar. The pool is as on the pictures and there is a beer dispensing machine directly there. Place was really great! 😊

Very clean home and new.It is very quiet and not hot at night, and the balcony is very comfortable.Easy to find with parking supermarket downstairs.

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

I'm the second time in the same place is a sign that everything is very well 👍 recommended to everyone. Great contact, very clean apartment, parking under the house, balcony, air conditioning everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, and the bakery is about 5 minutes away. Tina's vacation is the best

Cozy accommodation in a perfect place. It's in walkable distance to an old city (along the beautiful coastline with a crystal-clear water), close to small local shop and to bigger supermarkets, to a choice of good restaurants and caffees. Bus station to popular destinations, including airport, is also in 10 minutes walk. There is enough space for parking, if needed. The accommodation itself is in mint condition, everything is fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities for a comfortable vacation. The only thing is Wi-Fi speed — in case of remote work it’s not suitable, but still can provide an internet connection for staying in touch.

Nice host, always available on the net (before arriving and during staying). The apartment is quite big, with a spacey balcony. 1 minute walk from the nearest beach. Simply furnitured, but cosy. It has a dishwasher and s washing machine, three air-conditioner (one is a bit noisy, but working well). We might come back again. 😊

Superb location, comfortable beds, free parking, great restaurants within steps of the place and nice communal spaces you chill all made Vedran’s the perfect apartment for a visit to Jazera for a festival in Tisno. The apartment was compact but it was ideal for our group of three since we simply needed a place to sleep, shower, and store our stuff while we spent most of our time away. The apartment had all the essentials, especially AC, and was very comfortable. Whatever you need is steps away and Vedran was a very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

Incredibly friendly hosts who welcomed us on short notice! The property is beautiful and centrally located, with great amenities and beautiful decor. We wish we were able to stay here longer - we felt right at home!
