Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

From this centrally located place, you can be at all important places in no time and enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Mainz's old town. Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. Freshly renovated and modern, comfortably furnished with a 90 × 200 bunk bed (can be freely arranged for 2 people), 43" UHD smart TV with Magenta TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils for small meals and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.
