This detached house is located in a privileged green environment under the pine trees in a 40-hectare private park situated between the sea, the Club Med, the La Palmyre golf course, and the city center. Activities exclusively for residents include a Kids' Club, swimming lessons, golf practice, petanque court, tennis, and direct access to activities like kitesurfing, surfing, cycling paths, sailing, and the zoo.
