Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
