We were very satisfied with our stay, everything was prepared without any problems 👍🏻

The house is the same as in the photos, new, tidy and clean. The host, Mr. Saban and his wife, Ms. Ozlem, were extremely caring and kind. We got a quick response to every question. We had a chance to chat with them during a dinner, very nice conversation and warm people. We stayed very comfortably for 3 nights with 2 children. They turned on the combi boiler and heated the house before we got home. If you need to stay in Zonguldak, you can definitely choose it.

Highly recommend for accommodation,interest, and comfort

There is nothing missing in the house, clean and modern. We even used the oven at home, made our food. There were tea, oil, spices, and it completed our shortcomings. We were not disturbed in any way as if it was our own property. There is no house at this level in Zonguldak, thank you definitely.

Ümit is a very nice person, I keep his own house every time I come, he helps with everything, check-in and check-out times are very nice, the only place I can stay peacefully as if I was in my own home, the house is centrally located and the most beautiful house you can find around Zonguldak, very close to cafes and food places.

Suara is a great host, very responsive, nice and helpful. We experienced the house in winter, and it's a perfect quiet retreat for this time of year. There is a majestic beach in about a 20-min walk from the house, which must be a treat to visit in summer. The house had everything we needed, in particular a good variety of kitchen utensils, which was much appreciated. The only small issue we had with the bathroom immediately got Suara's attention, she was very quick to react and took the necessary measures without delay to remedy the situation. Suara also gave us very good tips about things to visit in the region. Thank you!

Trully brand new, as described, very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Saban was a very helpful in everyway, whether it was about information on shopping for supplies nearby or general info about the town, a lot of local knowledge!. A small kitchen appliance failed and was replaced in a flash! (straight away!)
