The location of the villa is significantly intelligent, as it's beside that metro, stadium and Villagio mall is also near. It has a 24/7 security guard.

There are two upper halls and another on the ground floor. The villa is located in a very quiet place in a residential complex near Aspire Park, Villaggio Mall and Khalifa International Stadium. A bus passes in front of the residence that transports to the metro station. There's a swimming pool and a gym.
