This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Excellent place, very large, nice rooms, the entire apartment is very clean and nice, the location is ideal since it gets off in the elevator and the shopping center is located so it is accessible to go shopping or for food, I highly recommend it and the host is the best I have found in the app.

The place is awesome! The host Tanya put us on the 13th floor and the view is amazing, you could see the city lightsbelow, volcanoes up front. Theres a nice playroom and gym a few floors below too, again with amazing views. Inside the room is spacious, clean linens and towels, king size bed with very comfortable cloud mattress. There were comfy chairs in the balcony where we had coffee in the mornings. The kitchen has all our basic needs. Bathroom was clean and modern. We fell in love with the miniature soaps provided and the host Tanya was kind enough to let us have some more. She is a great host, and her place is equally great. We will definitely visit again and recommend this place 100%.

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . I would definitely stay at this airb, my family and I felt right at home and we had many restaurant options since at the same time the shopping center and it is very easy access, outside there are also convenience stores. The house has everything you need to have a good time. And it is worth highlighting to him sr. Pedro is an excellent host and was always attentive to our needs.

Mauricio is an open person and easy to communicate with, we had the support we were looking for to have a good experience. The accommodation provides comfort and a very good experience. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent stay with my son. Pau's apartment is cozy and the photos don't actually honor it, it comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and co-host was excellent from the beginning helping and guiding as much as possible. The location of the apartment is amazing, with beautiful views and a beautiful and entertaining environment where it is impossible to not find what to do. 100% recommended either for business trips or pleasure, you won't regret it. One downside: We couldn't meet the hosts :( … seriously, we hope to be back soon.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!
