The accommodation was excellent, just like in the pictures. The host was always attentive to answer my questions, and everything was very clear and pleasant, the space was beautiful, definitely when I return I will look for this space.

A fairly accessible place to the airport and close to the central areas of the city. They were also quite understanding and willing to help with a small accident we had, they helped us reach an agreement to resolve it. Quite friendly and a very nice place, comfortable and with everything you need.

It is a place that fits the needs of the traveler, the studio style allows one to have relaxation spaces each separate from the other, it also has ecofilter so the bottled water might not be necessary. Located on Avenida 10 which is the most current today, very close to the amenities offered by Guatemala City, safe and accessible.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. Second stay with these amazing hosts and it was as perfect as the first stay! Extremely clean apartment, cozy, welcoming and everything needed for any length of stay. Very safe building with lots to do around the area. The host is the best, most friendly and kind host and she is always fast to communicate and respond. Easy check in/check out, detailed welcome message and host is very helpful and accommodating. Alejandro’s place was very nice, had all the amenities listed, he also had extra items for use, he was extremely responsive and helped anyway he could, I will definitely stay here again soon on my next visit to Guatemala and I will recommend it to everyone to also give it a go, such a good spot ! And beautiful view.

The property is located in an excellent place, it is private and no noise. Oakland is a 9 minute walk away, there are local restaurants and shops very close and Madai was a great host. Definitely recommended!
