Condo vacation rentals in Zona Farini, Milan

We had a fabulous stay in Giovanni's condo. He met us on our 1st day to give us the keys and explain where everything was. Before and during our stay, Giovanni was very quick to respond to questions and to offer recommendations. We were happy with the condo, very quiet at night and the a/c kept us cool during the 90 deg F days. Having a parking space for our rental car was a nice plus. The location was something we really enjoyed, it is very close to Milano Centrale train station, the metro station is at the end of the block. An easy walk to see the greenery around the Bosco Verticale and Piazza Gae Aulenti. If needed, there is a pharmacy right across the street from the metro station. We would stay here again without any hesitation and would recommend it to our friends interested in visiting Milan or using it as a base for day trips to see other nearby cities. Giovanni is a great Airbnb host! Very friendly and you can tell he wants you to have a nice experience in Milan.

My girlfriend and I planned a spontaneous getaway and were really lucky to find Annas and Davids place. The apartment was squeaky clean, well located, and the interior beautifully arranged. the hosts were super helpful and great to communicate with! thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment, would definitely come here again!

Martina’s place made us feel right at home in a big city. From the time of booking, she communicated with us about our trip, timing, and transportation. She gave us the great tip that the Milano Porta Garibaldi train station was a short walk away from the unit (only took about 7 minutes!), which we would not have known without her! Her sister and the gentleman who was assisting with refreshing the unit greeted us upon arrival and could not have been more kind. They were very helpful and gave us very detailed instructions and advice. This was a great area with many delicious restaurants (highly recommend Taverna Trastevere or Osteria Brunello). Only about 15-20 minutes walking to the Duomo. Highly recommend Martina’s place for your trip to Milan!

We had a fantastic stay at Marco & Chiara’s place in Milan. In a great location next to Parco Sempione and a nice walk down to Duomo di Milano. When we checked in there was a small hiccup as the place hadn’t been cleaned for our check in time, however, Marco & Chiara answered my messages immediately and rectified the situation. The cleaner was on route so while we waited they offered to pay for our lunch or drinks at Bar Bianco in the park, which was beautiful and very kind of them. They were fantastic in resolving the issue. The apartment was then spotless. Great space, and perfect for a mini weekend away. The bed was super comfortable, great working WiFi, air con and bathroom was modern and spacious. Marco & Chiara were also great at recommending local restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and will happily stay again when we revisit. Thank you 🙂

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Great apartment, great location, great set-up with great communications from Luca throughout my stay. Highly recommend Luca's apartment if you are looking for a quiet, private location that is still close to restaurants, transport, etc.

Très agréable séjour dans ce logement! Instructions claires, immeuble et logement propres et agréables, balcon tranquille et tout ce dont on a eu besoin à portée de main. Bien desservi par le transport à commun et hôte réactif. On recommande!

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

Foi uma das melhores experiências que já tive alugando um Airbnb. O apartamento do Mario é lindíssimo, espaçoso, muito confortável e totalmente equipado. O espaço foi perfeito para descansar depois de um dia explorando a linda cidade de Milão. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente: com fácil acesso ao metrô, bondes, mercados e diversos serviços por perto. A vizinhança é tranquila, o que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. Mario foi um anfitrião exemplar: nos recebeu muito bem, com instruções claras, várias dicas úteis e se manteve sempre disponível e prestativo ao longo de toda a estadia. A cozinha é ótima para quem gosta de cozinhar e o apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa para se sentir em casa. Sem dúvida, recomendo fortemente e espero me hospedar novamente no futuro!

I had a lovely stay--the space is cute and feels like a home. The location is very central, I explored all over Milan from the apartment. Finally, there was a plumbing issue at the onset of my stay and Francesco worked very hard to rectify the problem. He really cares about this space!

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment, sehr gut angebunden an die Innenstadt per Tram und ans Kongresszentrum per Bus - eignet sich also sowohl für Touristen als auch für die, die beruflich unterwegs sind. Auf dem Balkon lassen sich die Mahlzeiten prima genießen. Er ist still, weil von der Hauptstraße abgewandt. Mit Antonella hat alles gut geklappt, freundlicherweise konnten wir auch unser Gepäck noch für ein paar Stunden nach dem Check out bei ihr lassen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

This has to be the best and cleanest place that I've stayed at. Very grateful for the host being communicative and flexible with our accommodation. Highly recommend.

Отличная квартира , в которое есть все необходимое! Удобно расположена , недалеко от вокзалов, можно дойти пешком , рядом есть хороший супермаркет. В квартире чисто. Хозяин был очень отзывчив и разрешил выселиться позже, что нам очень помогло. Спасибо!

I stayed at Marco's for about two months for work and I had an amazing stay! Everything from the communication prior to my arrival to the checkin into the flat was flawless! Marco and his sister Paola are very kind and generous people that did everything they could in order to make my stay as good as possible. The area is pretty quiet and the apartment very well located if you wanna explore the city. Close to two metro lines, and close to Isola with lots of bars and restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you pick Marco's apartment as your base to explore the city of Milan!! I highly recommend!!

Serena's apartment was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very clean. She answered all my questions quickly. I would stay there again.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Ho avuta la fortuna di soggiornare assieme alla mia ragazza una notte in questo Airbnb. L'host, Lorenzo, è stato estremamente simpatico e disponibile, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con cordialità. La facilità del check-in e del check-out digitale ha reso tutto molto semplice e veloce. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato, con una cucina efficiente che ci ha permesso di prepararci un pasto senza problemi. Il punto forte è stato sicuramente il jacuzzi: appena richiesto, Lorenzo ha alzato immediatamente la temperatura, permettendoci di goderci un momento di relax. La zona circostante era tranquilla e immersa nel verde, perfetta per una pausa dal caos della città. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro di Monza e al Parco ha reso le nostre passeggiate molto piacevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!

Je recommande à 100% ce logement proposé par Flora ! Il correspond parfaitement à la description, super bien rangé et comporte de nombreux équipements. Flora nous a réservé un très bel accueil, et nous a donné des instructions claires et plusieurs suggestions d’activités sur Milan. Le logement est également situé non loin des transports et du quartier des Navigli, ce qui est chouette pour sortir le soir ;) Je recommande et je reviendrais avec plaisir !
