Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

The apartment is ideal for traveling as a family, and in our case, since we travel by car, having a parking space right in the building, without having to worry about anything, is perfect. And I can't forget the spaghetti and tomato sauce! Without a doubt, when we visit Zurich again, we'll stay here again.

Stefan’s flat is the perfect base to explore lake Zurich and surroundings. It was a great first home in Switzerland for us throughout when we first arrived and had to get ourselves set up. They’ve done an excellent job at equipping the flat; it has everything you need an more and it is kept immaculate. The garden is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Highly recommended!

The apartment was in a fantastic location and easily walkable to the train station and all main areas of Zurich. Wonderful dining on either side of the apartment. Did not feel it was loud at all. Steep flight of stairs so elderly people may have trouble managing stairs and luggage but we were fine and appreciated the location, comfort and cleanliness. Highly recommend.

We found the apartment neat, clean and very comfortable. Everything one needed was available and in ample quantity. Replies from the owner were super fast and in detail. Close by to many stores, main shopping centres and most importantly, round the corner to the tram and train. Great location very spacious with beautiful view of surrounding Alps. Easy access with clear instructions and signs to get to the Unit. Comfortable Bed with power retractable shades over 4 Skylights (2 in the Bedroom, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen). Peter was friendly and very quick to respond to a couple very minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed all the time we were in the Unit or on the balcony. The awkwardness of the business setting was totally not ever a concern once you enter the Unit you feel like your at home. Very clean and perfect location for lots of places to visit. Every time we arrived back from our day out total quiet as all the workers were gone home. One of my favorite times was waking up in the middle of the night and feeling like I was outside looking thru the Skylights at the stars. Amazing great Unit and would definitely stay again if in the area.
