Vacation rentals with beach access in Žirje

We came to visit Split and its surroundings for a few days, and this apartment won us over. Beautiful view, spacious apartment, large terrace. Close to Trogir. We recommend it.

Simple accommodation with great views and by car you can quickly get to town or the national park. Ane is very attentive and very friendly and reliable!

We enjoyed it very much at Marko's, the accommodation is strategically located directly across from the beach! It's also great that there was a parking space for the car! We'd come back any time!

Our second stay in 2 years. Perfectly clean, well equipped apartment. Kind and helpful host Enica and her husband, always reachable. A pleasure to be there.

Nice and clean appartment, had everything we needed and was in close walking distance to the next beach, with many options for several activities/day trips in the surrounding area. Supermarkets and Šibenik were reachable by car in a few minutes. We would gladly come back for a longer stay next time.

We stayed at Duj's second time. Always in another apartment. Now in a bigger one. An equipped apartment, we didn't miss anything (maybe a little bit). Duje did not disturb our privacy in any way. He always tried to solve our problem. We shared the terrace with the apartment next door, separated only by a screen. Luckily the neighbors were not busy, we were respectful of each other. Disruptive was the night music from the bars on the weekend that played until the early hours of the morning. Who has a worse sleep can be bothered. But on the other hand, Duje cannot. Duje's well-behaved cat, Lisa, gave us a pleasant time. We'll definitely be back someday

We stayed at Seget Vranjica over Christmas 2023 at Villa Rozana in the apartment in the attic apartment (2nd floor). The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Studenac and Tommy supermarket within walking distance. The view of the sea is very nice, we were lucky with the weather, sunshine every day and 12-17 degrees outside every day. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the air conditioning you could heat well. In the season, no restaurants are open in Seget Vranjica. In Trogir (about 5 km) away there is plenty of gastronomy (limited on Christmas holidays). It is nice that you have the overcrowded places almost to yourself in the summer. Good starting point for excursions along the coast (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka Falls). Mislat welcomed us and was always easily accessible and helpful. We loved our stay.

Good location of home - close to the beach, center and tourist attractions. Cozy apartment, small but for the purpose. Basic and clean.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

I was in Danjielas with two friends for a week, unfortunately she couldn't be there, but her father was always there. He has already suggested different things to do in the area from day one to every morning (there was a lot to do in the area thanks to the great location of the Airbnb) The apartment, although it looked a little smaller than on the pictures, was completely spotless, a fully equipped kitchen, a super modern TV with everything you need, and a beautiful outdoor lighting with balcony and garden, a real dream :) Although we had 4 out of 6 days of rain, we were able to do a lot thanks to Damir's tips. And he was even so nice that he gave us a full day because the weather got better. So we could not test the private sea access. An incredible dream and a wonderful holiday... very happy to come back.

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

The apartment was small but had everything we needed, the garden, terrace and ocean view were amazing! Communication with Enzo and his mother was easy, so we can absolutely recomend the place!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

Very nice apartment with wonderful sea views. You can also take a short swim in the sea and the waterfront is great for walks. We were so warmly welcomed and provided with delicious fruit from the garden. Very friendly hosts! There were plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. available, no apartment has been equipped so well so far. The entire facility is very cozy and loving, we felt right at home! The turtles are the hit, not just for kids! We highly recommend this place!

I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants. Fantastic place to spend our time with ghe family! Unique piece of beautiful nature, very calm and private. Super clean sea, especially for those who like to swim or snorkeling. Everything as described and even better ghan in the pictures🙂 Highly recommended and appreciated host! All the best😊
