Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The self-contained apartment offered here has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a small living/dining room with a fantastic view of the water. The house is in the best residential area of Stralsund. The promenade leads to the harbor and the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, within a few minutes' walk. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the courtyard.
