Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war super gelegen und noch dazu unglaublich sauber! Der Gastgeber ist uns betreffend des Check ins sehr entgegen gekommen, weswegen wir ihm sehr dankbar sind. Sowas findet heut zu Tage so gut wie nie statt. Herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir können es nur Weiterempfehlen.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

tolle Unterkunft! Sehr schön und sauber! Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und das nicht nur wegen der Schokolade als Willkommensgeschenk ;) Der Gastgeber war immer sofort erreichbar (hat sehr schnell geantwortet) und uns tolle Tipps für die Gegend gegeben! gerne wieder! 👍🏻

Cozy Attic - jak sama nazwa wskazuje jest miejscem bardzo urokliwym, posiadającym historię i ciepło domowe, naprawdę można się poczuć jak w u siebie w domu. Wystrój ma swój charakter i urok, który urzekł nas od samego początku. Miejsce było bardzo czyste, świeża pościel, czysta łazienka jak i kuchnia. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni czy łazienki także zasługuje na pochwałę, Lokalizacja również jest idealnym punktem wypadowym na zwiedzanie miasta czy dojazdu na uczelnię (PO oraz UO), co jest ogromnym plusem dla studentów ☺️ Gospodarz od samego początku był bardzo pomocny i wywarł na nas super wrażenie, tak samo Pani Iwona z którą bezproblemowo komunikowaliśmy się przed zameldowaniem jak i przy wymeldowaniu. Jak widać to ludzie tworzą takie miejsca i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić Cozy Attic każdemu kto wybiera sie do Opola ❤️

Wir waren zur Eishockey-WM vor Ort. Sehr gute Lage, zudem war Lenka war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Sehr große Wohnung, die sogar zu 6. gut funktionierte, da Badezimmer und WC getrennt sind. Für 6 Männer also kein Problem :-). Mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 2. die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt, ist das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen.

Úžasné, nádherné a perfektní místo pro super odpočinek. Spousta aktivit a krásná příroda všude okolo. Za mě ten nejkrásnější pobyt a rozhodně bychom si ho ještě zopakovali, ale na daleko delší dobu než teď. Rozhodně to za to stojí. Moc děkuji za skvělou dovolenou 😊

Апартамент соответсвует описаниям и фото. Подробная инструкция от хозяев о месте нахождения дома и квартиры. При заселении чисто, убрано, подготовлены спальные места, включено отопление. В зоне кухни присутствует и функционирует вся указанная техника. Есть посуда для приготовления и достаточно столовых приборов. Отличная кофемашина. Хозяева любезно приготовили чай, кофе.В ванной комнате вся сантехника в порядке, очень удобная большая столешница под умывальником, несколько крючков для полотенец. В отдельной спальне есть шкаф и ниша-гардеробная для хранения одежды и багажа. Комфортные для сна диван и кровать, чистое постельное бельё. Во дворе есть парковка для авто. Хозяева на связи и быстро отвечают, если возникнут вопросы. Отдельная благодарность за возможность размещения с животными. Рекомендую!

Een paar iets probleempjes maar lukt ik mijzelf oplossing zoals verwarming boiler met Karina via chat berichten overleggen want ik ben doof dus kan ik niet per telefonisch spreken. Karina is echte vriendelijk gast. Ik zou wel op andere keer terugkomen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marco sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sauber. Alles, was man für den Alltag braucht ist vorhanden. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind können wir es uns gut vorstellen noch einmal bei Marco zu buchen.

Die große - wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete - Küche und dem großen Ess-und Aufenthaltszimmer war wirklich wunderschön. Sehr schön hell, und mit einem schönen Blick auf den Garten und den See dahinter. Auch von dem großen Tisch auf der Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den schönen Garten - sogar mit kleinem Pool - und natürlich Blick zum See. In den Haus kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig. Der Zugang zum See ist über einen kurzen Weg durch ein Tor (Schlüssel ist dabei) möglich. Per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß gib es viel Natur oder auch die kleine Stand zu entdecken. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir konnten aktiv sein und auch gut entspannen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in diese Gegend gehen.

Meine Familie und ich sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Viel unternommen in der einer Woche,leider wie immer zu kurz 😉. Opole und ZOO sehr zu empfehlen ebenfalls Breslau ist eine Reise wert.

Jsem moc rád, že jsme se u Rudolfa ubytovali. Veškerá komunikace byla bezproblémová a ubytování podle našich potřeb. Do Ostravy jsme přijeli na festival a ubytování nám umožnilo potřebný relax. Okolí velmi klidné, vesnická atmosféra a zároveň dobré spojení s městem hromadnou dopravou. Hostitel se umí postarat.
