My house will seduce you with its authenticity in line with my universe since it is my place of creation. Located in the center of the village in a very quiet alley, you are 5 minutes from the supermarket, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist and train station and a beautiful bike path that runs along the canal.

Eco-friendly wooden house, with quality materials, certified "passive", completed in February 2024. The air is constantly filtered and it benefits from remarkable insulation in summer and winter. Water filters guarantee good water quality. It has a garage to store bicycles and motorcycles. For cars, two spaces are provided on the ground as well as an electric terminal. The house is located close to the Euro Vélo 6.
