The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. Plaani Karjamõis is the former dairy that belonged to Haanja manor. These historic buildings date back to the first half of 19th century and are currently undergoing renovation. The building complex is surrounded by lakes and forests. You will be staying in the spacious attic room, with a lovely view overlooking the premises from the terrace. The room has a double sofabed and two single beds, a kitchenette and a large TV. Guests can use the induction stove, WC and Shower

Mõnusat puhkust saab veeta kaks täiskasvanut ja 2 magamiskohta on puhketoas lahtikäival diivanil. Samuti on beebivoodi võimalus. Majal on avar terrass.
