we had a great stay , the place is beautiful and also the owners are very nice people, we hope to come back!

A virtue born of necessity... We were urgently looking for a place to stay for one night to spend the last night in Poel as a family. As an exception, we were very helped with this wonderful accommodation. We were allowed to arrive much earlier by arrangement and are still very enthusiastic. The pictures do not reflect the quality and attention to detail of the apartment. We now have an excellent option for a relaxing time in the north. Thank you for everything! Particularly noteworthy is the meeting with the neighbors Gaby and Klaus, who lovingly take care of the house and the guests (especially the little ones). Especially with children, you can't get it for any money in the world. Honest, warm, empathetic!

We were very pleased with the apartment. You have privacy, you really don't hear anything from the many neighbors and there is enough space despite the fact that it is only one room. The balcony is perfect for admiring the sunrise directly over the sea. And the surroundings are really beautiful! What we didn't know before: There is no oven, no freezer and no possibility to ventilate. The only window is basically the door to the balcony, which doesn't provide much cooling in the room. Air conditioning would be a dream. At the end of May, however, it was still bearable for us. Overall, a great relaxing vacation and definitely a recommended apartment on the Baltic Sea!

For us, the apartment was a peaceful idyll. We really enjoyed our time there. The location is perfect to explore the surroundings on foot, by bike or by car. Glenn is a very friendly and accommodating host. He answered our questions about the area and helped us a lot. Thank you for the beautiful days:)!

A gem near the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. In addition to the apartments, you can also easily spend time in the huge barn in bad weather. In good weather, the garden invites you to linger. Communication with Stefan was accommodating, friendly and always aimed at making our stay as pleasant as possible. Clear recommendation and we'd love to come back!!

We spent a few very nice days with baby in the apartment and felt very comfortable right away. It was very quiet and we found the view over the meadows incredibly relaxing. It has and really liked how spacious and bright the living area is. Due to previous reviews, we had been a little worried about the mosquitoes, but actually we didn't see a single one and were able to sleep undisturbed:)

We loved our stay! We were a group of 6 friends and really enjoyed our stay at the place! It was a very adorable apartment. The kitchen had the needed amenities, and if something was missing, a quick text to the host got that sorted right away! There are free bikes to borrow and although they aren’t the most modern bikes obviously, they did their job in making the trip fun! There isn’t much to do in the nearest vicinity and a car is probably your safest bet for the trip, but we really enjoyed it :) One thing to note is there are a few spiders around the apartment, but it’s normal, so as long as you’re okay with the little creatures, I’m sure you’ll have a lovely time! Oh, and the ceiling is slightly lower than usual, but none of us had to fear bumping our heads so it worked out nicely. All in all, a recommendation for a calm holiday in the north!

I was extremely grateful and happy when I arrived in front of the house that I had chosen this accommodation. Beautifully landscaped beds, lawn, own terrace, own carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and above all really quiet. Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They make you feel like you have a real piece of home here. I felt that way too and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

We stayed 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right by the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly of the sea. So we can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice week in the idyllic apartment. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get out and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The property is huge and idyllic. Especially for children, a paradise. Even in bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. Inga and Steffan are great hosts and not only share their home but also like to share their harvest in the garden. Thanks for the jam and apple juice ☺️ The path to more is not far and we have explored beautiful dog beaches in the area. Small warning: However, you should be able to handle crawling animals well, it is an old house and we have encountered some spiders.

The accommodation offered an all-round successful stay in Rerik. Particularly noteworthy are the proximity to the beach and the sauna, which provided relaxing hours. You immediately felt at home, which made the stay very pleasant. All in all, a recommendable experience!

The apartment has a high-quality standard and is very spacious for two people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, even basic food such as salt, pepper and coffee were available. The windows to the street are very well soundproofed: you can't hear a car passing by. Due to the massive walls, the house is pleasantly cool even at high outside temperatures. The only small drawback was the bedroom window, which could not be completely darkened. As a host, I highly recommend Iris: communication was friendly, smooth, unobtrusive and accommodating from start to finish. In short: perfect. The village of Klütz is very nice; many old houses, a castle and yet far from the hustle and bustle of nearby Boltenhagen. We liked the beach of Schwansee very much. We will be happy to come back.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very good amenities and nicely decorated. Sandra was always available and very friendly. The location is nice and quiet, yet within walking distance of the center and the beautiful spa park.

We had a great week at Stefan's. The apartment was cozy, very clean and perfect for two people, with everything you need. We particularly liked the fireplace😍, the proximity to the beach and the absolute tranquility – we slept wonderfully thanks to the scarce traffic. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is perfect. Great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with electricity). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice holiday. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well appointed. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet place, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or on the hot tub that works flawlessly even in winter. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment! :)

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. In the village itself, we did nothing, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather was not so good, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments of the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
