Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Hohen Wieschendorf in Wismar Bay. The apartment is on the upper floor of our house. In addition to a parking space and a balcony, there is also a sitting area with a swivel grill by the pond. Within walking distance you can reach the Baltic Sea. By car or bike you can reach the Hanseatic city of Wismar or the castle town of Klütz as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen in just a few minutes.
